Hotel in zona Valle delle Regine, Luxor

The very best place to stay in Louxor! highly recommended! It is close to most of the important sites of Louxor, (Valley of King, Valley of the Queens, Valley of the Workers, Ramasseum, Hatchepsout Temple, Abu Temple and son on..) most of them are less than 5 minutes with the car. The hotel is very nice and extremely clean and has everything you may need including a swimming pool! It is confortable, quality of the bed is excellent and views from the rooms to the fields and the desert is just a continuous pleasure especially at sunset! But the best of this hotel is Said, the owner of the place with his efficient and kind staff. Said will take care of you all the time, he will give you his best attention, will organize all kind of services, car, transportation, boats, excursions at a very reasonable price and at any time. You will be treated as family! The food of the restaurant is delicious, everything is home made, all products are fresh! Can’t wait until next year to come again for a longer time!! 老闆與房客都很友好。0點以後到達，鄰居房客熱情接待，讓座倒飲料聯繫拿鑰匙，像專業服務員一樣。老闆幫助聯繫突突，甚至自己上陣接送碼頭。衹是位置稍偏，Google導航易出問題。

Peaceful place on the bank of the Nile away from the busy areas where you can relax. The grounds and views of the Nile are beautiful. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy, especially Ahmed (nephew of the owner) who was lovely to me and my son and really looked after us when we went to have a look around the west bank. The owner and his wife were also lovely and we felt very safe there. You can get food there and they can organise cars and trips. If you like walking, you can walk and get the ferry or one of the many independent boats across to the east bank. Although it is away from the sites of the east bank, it is quiet and peaceful and you will appreciate that at the end of a busy day of sight seeing and haggling. Would definitely return.

We stayed for two nights in a double bedroom: I highly recommend this place! The rooms, the pool, the service, everything was great and we had an amazing time visiting Luxor. They helped us find a driver to visit the Kings valley and Karnak and Luxor temples, and we relaxed by the pool ! If you come to Luxor, this is a very nice place to stay Thanks a lot to the team ! This is really a hidden gem in Luxor! It’s on the quiet west bank and near to Valley of king, queen, nobles, artists! The Arabic style room, building and garden meet all my imagination about Tales from 1001 nights! The owner is such a kind lady. She will arrange cars and tours at very reasonable price! They also have the best food and coffee in Luxor! The menu changes every day!! All the staffs are also so kind and helpful! They will have new buildings by end of 2024. If I ever come back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again and longer! My best memory in Egypt!

All'arrivo è stato traumatico la Hall  è veramente brutta e fredda un grande spazio  con pareti e colonne rettangolari di un grigio cemento sembra di entrare in un cimitero.Nel sito il prezzo è per residenti Egiziani all'arrivo si deve pagare il 40% in più sul totale.Si può ascoltare a ripetizione una traccia musicale natalizia che suona in continuazione, sembra di stare in loop temporale per quattro giorni la stessa traccia musicale.Il personale gentile e cortese ma con dei visi tristi credo che quel grigio e la musica che si ripete in continuazione influenzi molto l'umore e dopo un mese di viaggio da sola ho potuto constare che in assenza di un uomo accanto l'attenzione, sorrisi e accoglienza sono completamente diversi se si viene accompagnati da un uomo si presta più attenzione al cliente .Andando verso il bar si intravede un pó di anima colorata,grande vetrate che danno all'esterno , il giardino molto grande e curato con due piscine e una vista fantastica. . Trovo strano è vero che sono arrivata a bassa stagione ma ho visto tanto personale a lavorare ma la maggior parte non si capiva la loro funzione. Nonostante la mia esperienza negativa rispetto all'igiene gli unici che vedi che lavorano veramente sono gli adetti alle pulizie. La mia esperienza non è stata positiva sono arrivata dopo 10 ore di viaggio e mi hanno assegnato la stanza sbagliata ho atteso due ore nel cimitero della Hall per la nuova stanza ,la sorpresa quando sono entrata si erano dimenticati di cambiare le lenzuola, i cuscini erano pieni di capelli e odoravano di usato ho aperto il letto ed era palesemente usato pieno di peli e capelli dell'ospite precedente, é la prima volta che mi capita in hotel a 4 stelle ,la stanza e il bagno piena di capelli e polvere volevo mettere una bibita nel frigo bar ma odorava di marcio.Ho chiamato la reception e mi sono venuti a cambiare le lenzuola, ho viaggiato molto è la prima volta che prenotato in un albergo a 4 stelle per ritrovarmi nella sporcizia. Mi sono pentita purtroppo come ho potuto constatare ad ogni checout non viene usata l' aspirapolvere ,cosa che ogni piano dovrebbe avere è molto più veloce  e igienico sopratutto per la moquette e tappeti che sono da fare schifo le stanze vengono pulite solo con un straccio usato per tutte le stanze e del profumo non vengono  spazzate e spolverate. E un vero peccato la stanza è bella anche se in foto appare tutto così fresco e pulito non è così. La stanza ha una  bellissima vista ma la sporcizia abbassa il livello per il periodo estivo è perfetta qui non batte il sole ( stanza 336) La connessione internet è bassa  e nelle stanze non funziona .Non consiglio , per 50€ al giorno non pretendo mobili nuovi e coperte di seta ma almeno la stanza pulita veramente e le lenzuola cambiate e non usate da altre persone.Se si desidera dormire fino a tardi è impossibile almeno che non si usi dei tappi per orecchie,alle 7 del mattino il personale inizia a urlare per comunicare tra di loro. E comunque ho accett

Questo è stato il miglior hotel durante il mio viaggio a Giza/Cairo/Luxor. Anche se è stato un soggiorno breve in quanto sono stato lì per motivi turistici, mi piacerebbe visitare nuovamente questo hotel per rilassarmi. La vista del fiume Nilo, con la sua vegetazione lungo la riva e il deserto al di là, era spettacolare, ed era esattamente come immaginavo che fosse il fiume Nilo. Gli interni dell'hotel sono puliti e decorati in stile egiziano. La colazione a buffet era molto completa, con piatti egiziani come falafel e hummus, oltre a un bancone di cibo. La camera aveva molti servizi e la pressione dell'acqua e la temperatura della doccia erano buone. C'era anche una bottiglia d'acqua in plastica fornita. C'era un bancomat vicino al luogo della colazione (si poteva ritirare solo in sterline egiziane)

È stato solo un raggio di luce nel mio viaggio in Egitto. È così pulito e lo adoro, sono davvero impressionato Ma stranamente, non credo ci fosse uno spazzolino da denti... Ho spazzato via tutte le bustine di tè qui. Chiama Karim quando vai in centro, e Karim sembra non essere in grado di registrare carte coreane.. Puoi semplicemente pagare in contanti. Anche la piscina sembrava riscaldarla e, soprattutto, il personale era super gentile. . Davvero, questo è un raggio di luce in Egitto. E la colazione è deliziosa.. Ma è molto più economico acquistare (200 sterline a persona) senza fare domanda separatamente.. Ma stranamente, l'abbiamo dato comunque gratuitamente. Prima di tutto, ti consiglio di non acquistare la colazione inclusa e di pagarla tu stesso. Il check-out posticipato era possibile anche per circa un'ora.
