L'hotel è ben posizionato e la piscina è piacevole anche se chiude troppo presto, anche prima del tramonto. Grande punto negativo, il personale della reception ha fatto finta di non avere il resto per non darmi il resto quando ho pagato la lavanderia. Come è possibile per un hotel che pretende di essere 5 stelle... I dolci della colazione non sono freschissimi e talvolta risalgono al giorno prima.

Il livello del servizio era così basso che non ti aspetteresti che fosse un hotel a 5 stelle. Un albergo molto deludente. Ho soggiornato in un hotel Marriott al Cairo e a Hurghata, ma poiché non c'era un hotel Marriott a Luxor, ho alloggiato in un ex hotel Sheraton. Il personale, la colazione, le camere e le strutture dell'hotel sono lontani dal livello del Marriott. L'unica cosa che gli ha dato 5 stelle è stata la rilassante vista sul fiume Nilo.

Era una sistemazione decente,,, La vista sul fiume Nilo era fantastica ed è un ristorante al tramonto! Ma la prossima volta che verrai a Luxor Sembra che troverò un alloggio verso il Tempio di Luxor! Non credo che tu debba trattenerti! Penso che andrà bene se avrai una stanza con vista sul fiume Nilo ovunque. + Ho chiamato 5 volte per portare l'acqua, ma è stata consegnata in un'ora.

L'hotel ha un buon ambiente ed è vicino al quartiere degli affari del centro. L'hotel si affaccia sulla piscina e il fiume Nilo si trova di fronte alla piscina, l'ambiente da pranzo è buono, c'è una piccola strada commerciale nell'hotel e la qualità dei prodotti è buona. L'attrezzatura dell'hotel è un po' datata (la maggior parte degli hotel in Egitto sono relativamente vecchi). Ci sono barche a vela e motoscafi sul fiume Nilo (bisogna contrattare). Puoi prendere una barca per l'isola delle banane di fronte per mangiare le banane. Devi pagare 30 sterline egiziane per il biglietto d'ingresso.

L'hotel è molto vecchio ed è scritto come se fosse stato aperto solo negli ultimi anni. Ma dovrebbe essere un nuovo albergo aperto rilevando una casa di seconda mano. La porta non può essere chiusa ermeticamente e la luce e il suono sono trasparenti. Nella stanza si sente un ago caduto a terra nel corridoio. Se ci sono più persone che soggiornano, non è necessario dormire direttamente. Lo scenario è OK e la posizione dell'hotel è buona. Non so perché il Luxor Hotel sia così brutto, costa 1.000 yuan a notte. Si raccomanda di non rimanere a Luxor per più di un giorno al massimo. Gli hotel del Cairo e di Hurghada sono molto migliori. La camera con vista sul fiume è al secondo piano, con un'enorme terrazza (condivisa con altre camere), bisogna camminare fino alla terrazza per vedere il fiume.

Situato lungo il fiume Nilo, con fiori nel giardino È ben tenuto e pulito. C'è anche una piscina e una palestra. Potrebbe essere adatto per soggiorni di lunga durata. Anche il cibo è buono. Tuttavia, al momento del check-in, potrai farlo Ho provato un senso di incredulità perché mi è stato addebitato il costo dell'alloggio anche se avevo già pagato. La compagnia che organizza visite turistiche a Luxor all'interno dell'hotel è un'enorme fregatura, quindi è meglio negoziare con attenzione.

È stato solo un raggio di luce nel mio viaggio in Egitto. È così pulito e lo adoro, sono davvero impressionato Ma stranamente, non credo ci fosse uno spazzolino da denti... Ho spazzato via tutte le bustine di tè qui. Chiama Karim quando vai in centro, e Karim sembra non essere in grado di registrare carte coreane.. Puoi semplicemente pagare in contanti. Anche la piscina sembrava riscaldarla e, soprattutto, il personale era super gentile. . Davvero, questo è un raggio di luce in Egitto. E la colazione è deliziosa.. Ma è molto più economico acquistare (200 sterline a persona) senza fare domanda separatamente.. Ma stranamente, l'abbiamo dato comunque gratuitamente. Prima di tutto, ti consiglio di non acquistare la colazione inclusa e di pagarla tu stesso. Il check-out posticipato era possibile anche per circa un'ora.

Nice nile view If it is possible choose nile view room. Garden view room has nothing to see. They made us do early checkin and that was so thankful. If you want taxi you need to go to the gate and to luxor airport it costs 200egp from this airport

Very nice hotel with an amazing view of the Nile. Good ratio between price and quality. The staff were very attentive and the room was very clean and nice. It felt like an oasis amidst the hustle of Luxor city.

This was a sadly disappointing stay. It started at arrival. As our rooms were not ready yet, I asked for water. I was pointed to 2 different places and the person at the cafeteria rudely refused. Then the room was run down and looked dirty. The worst part was the fact that the bed sheets slid to the matress, which made my first night very uncomfortable. I was changed to another room that was cleaner and not as run down, but with sheets extremely scratchy. Luckily, the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. All middle management (except night shift front desk) was very undermining and straight out rude. The breakfast staff were rude for our first 2 days, and then got more polite. Truly not what you expect from a hotel that markets itself as an upscale hotel. It's definitely not up to the image they project and the price you'll pay.

The resort is too old, many manufactures in the room are broken, and the sound of the airconditioner is very loud.

This is a hotel with a great view along the Nile River. In the morning you can see the balloon climbing. When I asked to book a transfer to and from the airport, I was told that the hotel would not be able to accommodate me. They told me to find my own travel agent or negotiate with a cab outside. The city itself is touristy and the beer was more expensive than at the Cairo Hilton.

It was a nice hotel, but the food for a 4/5 star hotel was a solid 3 not very good and not many options. And EVERYONE is trying to get a tip from you. The girl only showed me to my room, didn’t bring any of my luggage etc, and stood in the room for 2 minutes before I had to say something. Makes things very awkward and annoying to carry small change when you’ve already paid for a nice hotel and don’t expect the hassling. They won’t outright say it, you can see and feel it and that made it very annoying. No ones help was free. Hotel itself was nice, rooms were decent but AC slightly warmer than I’d have liked. Would stay again but keep those things in mind.
