Il motivo per cui ho deciso di scegliere questo hotel è stata la posizione. La vista sul fiume Nilo e su Luxor dalla terrazza mentre si fa colazione è davvero bellissima. Il mercato è proprio accanto, quindi è stato facile acquistare souvenir, ed è stato fantastico che ci fossero ristoranti che soddisfacessero i gusti coreani nelle vicinanze. È un po' carente in termini di qualità, ma è possibile ottenerlo a un prezzo ragionevole, quindi penso che sceglierò questo hotel la prossima volta che verrò a Luxor. Il primo giorno non mi sono piaciute le strutture e ho lanciato uno sguardo di disapprovazione, ma dopo aver vissuto lì per alcuni giorni sono riuscita ad abituarmi. Parto di qui stamattina. Conservare bei ricordi di Luxor~^^

Upon our arrival, the receptionists informed us that their system had gone wrong and that they could not provide us a room at their hotel. Despite we had our bookings made months ago and had high hopes on enjoying their rooftop, we were at first fine with their immediate arrangements of getting us a new hotel room nearby (a two-minute walk from Nefertiti). They also emphasised that the new hotel was a “more expensive” one but it was all on them as a compensation. The receptionist walked us to the new hotel “Emilio” which appeared to be shabby and gloomy. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist from Nefertiti was helpful. Yet, staff at Emilio looked uninterested in their guests, no greetings, just stares. Our room was old AND DIRTY. The only amenities were three pieces soaps (for 2 guests), nothing else. When we tried to ask for a hairdryer, one hotel staff could not speak English and after some waiting, another staff told us all hairdryers were lent to guests who had slept… we thought we were staying in a terrible motel. True that Nefertiti had nothing much to do with the poor service and environment in Emilio and they have tried to fit us into a shelter anyway. BUT! What frustrated us was that the so-called “more expensive” hotel room was of such low quality. Out of curiosity, we tried to search on Emilio. It had only a 3/5 rating!!! (Nefertiti currently has 4.3/5, which was why we chose it) I believe any traveller would know the difference between a 3 and 4.3 rating hotel! And I also believe before putting us into Emilio, Nefertiti would not have no clue about what hotel they were ditching their guests in… Not to mention their rooms were always weirdly sold out in all seasons, which I was sure their were plenty of empty rooms available at that moment as all unused guest rooms had their doors open (as if they were not intended to let guests make a booking), so there was no way we could check on the price. To be honest, we sort of felt cheated. As a consumer who had already paid, I did not care if the compensation room was “more expensive”. What mattered was to stay at an accommodation we opted for our journey or in any case, to have a replacement with similar quality (unless Nefertiti agrees they are as awful as Emilio). The next morning when we returned to Nefertiti for complementary breakfast, no one followed up on our case. I suppose if we got to stay with Nefertiti, it would be a better night but now - a true disappointment to both the hotels. Too frustrated that we only took pictures of the dirty linen…

There are a few things of the Nefertiti Hotel: 1. Excellent location (Luxor temple and museum is within working distance; a shopping street located just behind the hotel, with reasonable (bargained) price; supermarket round the corner with super delicious mango in summer); 2. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of fruit; 3. creative room service (with lovely shaped towels which surprised us every day).

Wery nice hotel in the center of the city.

酒店位於盧克索神廟旁邊，早餐一定要吃，因為餐廳陽台在五樓可以看日出、日落、盧克索夜景，早餐時間七點，對面帝王谷升起的熱氣球景非常美。酒店提早訂性價比還是可以的，點晚餐吃到了在埃及最正宗的的白米飯，酒店位置和餐廳加分。酒店後面有類似哈利利的市場，適合紀念品採購。客房和廁所條件一般，記得早點拿到房間而且要核對訂單，有可能房型給的不一樣。

ホテルは清潔でスタッフの方もとても優しいです！ホテルの周りにはマーケットもあり、ホテルの上ではエジプト料理も楽しめます！ただ、ホテルの周りにスタッフではない人達がホテルを案内したりする人がいるので少し注意が必要です。また、ホテルの中にはエレベーターがありません。でもスタッフの方がお手伝いしてくれるのでとても助かります！！ ホテルが紹介してるツアーで、車のみ予約しましたがその方もとても親切で、ルクソールの観光スポットを多く巡ることができます！ 全体的にとても満足しました！

屋上のレストランの食事がとても美味しかったです！

周圍環境一言難盡，也許盧克索衹有靠尼羅河幾個酒店算好吧！給人感覺這是個民宿。不過這個價格確實便宜。也許我有點矯情，酒店裡還是遇到不少白皮的，也有國人。重點是，馬桶漏了一夜的水，房間門在不反鎖的情況下可以從外面開進來，起床的時候牀板掉下來一塊！我都懶得拍照了。其他沒啥問題。

位置不錯，緊挨着盧克索神廟，步行10分鐘可以到達盧克索神廟，里尼羅河邊也近，樓頂餐廳可以看尼羅河日落，日落加上神廟，景色超級贊，樓下就是當地街市，很適合city walk

酒店不新，但是真的很乾凈，工作人員也很熱情。樓頂餐廳還不錯試了烤駱駝肉

氣氛很好，前所有服務員態度很好。從外面回來，進來的一瞬間感覺很安全。房間還算安靜，很舒適。有個小冰箱可以冰點喝的。位置也不錯，盧克索不大，住東邊感覺更方便。
