Lussemburgo: hotel con bar

Siamo stati una famiglia di 4 persone che hanno soggiornato in 2 camere da regina al 18° piano per 2 notti, e mi permetta di dire che ho solo grandi cose da dire su questo hotel. In primo luogo, la posizione non era problema per noi, poiché il trasporto pubblico è gratuito e l'autobus ci ha caduto circa 3-4 minuti a piedi dall'hotel; è circa 30 minuti alla capitale, ma l'autobus è regolare e non abbiamo avuto problemi. In secondo luogo, le camere erano molto grandi e pulite, le toilette erano ancora migliori e avevano un bagno raro. Il personale del desk front was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we check in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. La piscina era aperta e siamo andati la sera per provare la piscina e c'erano solo 2 altri e è stato bello avere una rapida dip in piscina (siamo stati persi cercando di trovarla ma è necessario solo andare attraverso il ginnastica alla bagno per accedere alla zona di nuoto!) Il colazione è stato delizioso, soprattutto le uova yum e una vasta gamma di cibo/bevande. Stiamo facendo un viaggio in Europa e, da lontano, questo è stato il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato per tutta la vita! Si consiglia di prenotare con questo hotel se hai qualche dubbio.

La dimensione della stanza è corretta, l'hotel è decorato con caratteristiche, ma il ristorante del primo piano è un po' costoso, e il parcheggio non è gratuito, passa 16 euro per la notte.Il servizio della ricetta è buono.La finestra non è abbastanza luminosa, ma è piuttosto tranquilla, l'igiene è buona, e l'acqua di lavaggio non è problema.

Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

It is a very good hotel, located just a short walk from Duke Palace. Three or four tram stops from Central railway station. Public transport is free in Luxembourg. Check-in was swift and staff was helpful. My room was of a decent size, spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and spotless. To my surprise there was no coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was magnificent. All choices, some plates to order. Juices, sparkling wine, great coffee. Restaurant served good food for lunch and dinner. I would like to acknowledge Maxime, Arthur, Corentin, Jade and Viviene being very helpful at the restaurant. Great stay overall, highly recommend.

Mala esperienza!!

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione, circa cinque minuti di distanza; ci sono molti commercianti e supermercati vicino. L'hotel è pulito e gli oggetti di posizionamento hanno un senso di progettazione. La camera è ampia e pulita, e il letto e il letto sono molto comodi.Ci sono un kit (pulito nel vasco), un piccolo frigorifero e un tubo di scarico.La zona di bagno è buona. Il personale di guaio è molto gentile e buono.Puoi mettere il bagaglio gratis.

A volte vado lì per un fine settimana. Ottimo hotel, in una posizione privilegiata al centro del Lussemburgo. Il personale è così gentile e professionale, camera top pulita, minibar complementare nelle camere di gestione è perfetto. La vista dalla stanza è molto bello. La gestione sta facendo un grande lavoro per mantenere standard di alta qualità anche nelle alte stagioni. Ho anche raccomandato a due colleghi di venire questa volta (camere 520 e 517). Vorrei esprimere la mia estrema gratitudine alla signora che ha risolto la mia questione con la fattura, che è sempre stata molto professionale e molto gentile e utile. Io sarò certamente indietro. Grazie per il memorabile soggiorno.

Prima di tutto, il non-buono. C'era un membro del personale all'ufficio anteriore che era meno amichevole. Non c'è una tenda da doccia, che rende impossibile mantenere il pavimento del bagno asciutto. Il bagno è molto basso. Ci sono molti soffi vicino alla zona del colazione. La polvere era super appartamento. Cosa mi piaceva: la posizione - super vicino al centro di Lussemburgo City. Il colazione ha offerto una buona varietà di cibo fresco e locale (non ho pagato separatamente per il colazione). Le camere erano spaziose con molte socce elettriche/USB. Ci era un condizionatore d'aria nella stanza. Il bagno era senza spazi e ben illuminato. Le letti erano comodi. Non ho sentito nessun altro all'interno dell'hotel, anche se sono rimasto all'hotel in agosto durante la stagione di picco. Le camere erano molto pulite. Il colazione era in un luogo con vista spettacolare.

Reception: Man was helpful and efficient, maps offered at time of checkin, and also advised that all public transport in Luxembourg country is free of charge (at the time of our stay). Room / facilities: Room number 504 is on the 5 floor and is clean, cosy and basic, a queen bed, flat screen TV, small table, 1 chair and ottoman. The room has to much furniture for the 12sq m room size. The room is facing the rear of the hotel and is very quiet. There is a self control air con fan (built into the roof) with a window that opens a small amount. The ibis Styles room has zero room amenities to offer guests, no fridge, no tea/coffee, no safe, no bottled water, which would be expected in a Ibis Styles.….. I have experienced more amenities in a standard ibis hotel when i was in vietnam a few days prior to arrival into Luxembourg. Laundry: Drop off laundry service is available at additional cost. Parking: is available at an additional cost Wifi: Complementary and really good speed. Email address required to access. Conclusion: Very close to the main train station, supermarkets around the corner or next door, old town is approx 1km or a 10 min walk, trams depart regularly to old town direction. The main train station is a 2 min walk also bus and tram stops. Letdowns: Whilst there are many nightclubs in the general area, it did make one feel slightly uncomfortable whilst walking the street. Construction noise during the day is heard from the construction at the end of the street. It was very odd, that upon our checkout the reception man offered us a coffee on departure. Despite entering and exiting the hotel numerous times throughout our stay, we were never offered a coffee. Location / Nearby: Main train station, supermarket around the corner or next door. Old town centre is about a 1km (or 5 mins on the tram), main train station, bus stops and tram stop are a 2 min walk. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. From the Lux airport, Bus 29 will take you to the main train station this is direct and can take 30 mins depending on traffic. Public Transport is currently free (at the time of our stay)
