1、延賓館老闆非常熱情，給顧客的感覺很友好，免費送了早餐，晚餐家常菜做的很好吃，價格實惠； 2、賓館衹有大床房，沒有標間，一家四口衹好預訂了兩間大床房，客房乾淨衞生；配有一次性洗漱用品，一次性拖鞋質量很好；房間裏配有吸濕器，效果很明顯，就是噪音太大，睡覺時關掉了。 3、延賓館坐落在廬山五老峯腳下，周邊茂密樹林，房間裏難免有幾衹蜘蛛，還有一衹螳螂，這些我都能應對自如，小孩和孩子媽媽有點怕，孩子媽媽帶倆娃睡一間，娃媽一夜沒怎麼睡，因為睡前一衹本來在屋頂的長腿蜘蛛不見了，一夜神經兮兮的就盯着四面牆和屋頂看，就在擔心蜘蛛爬床上，嘿嘿，然後天就亮了； 4、我自己住另一個客房，大點的蜘蛛被消滅了，小的就沒管它了，螳螂被我放生了，畢竟是益蟲，一夜也是開着燈過來的，我是睡著了。 5、晚上外面的燈籠沒有亮，不遠處有燈，周邊還是一片漆黑，天黑了瞄了一眼外面就關門了。 6、住在白鹿洞書院裏麪的延賓館，還要買門票，這是意料之外的，一家四口票價120，不過停車免費。 7、客房窗户向外開，小孩子從走廊過，兩次撞到頭，嘿嘿，自己不長記性，掉兩滴眼淚就好了。 8、7月13號是賓館第一天營業，入住的好像就我們一家，客人多點可能會熱鬧些。 9、門口有一條小溪，水很淺，很適合小朋友們玩。 10、狀元橋一定要走一走，寓意很好！
