We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

工作人員非常專業，講解過程非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題整體，酒店包含接送服務，但是我們下山的時候已經接近晚上八點鐘了，但是沒有告知我們小天池站點已經沒有下山班車了，其實到晚上七點鐘就停了，結果導致我們包車下山。攜程網上下單的時候還有點擔心，結果到店一看跟圖片描述的基本沒有差，沒有任何問題！酒店是文保單位，所以老酒店設施和空間不會很優越，民國風很有特色，燈光渲染也很有氛圍，去廬山值得體驗一下……

雖然在山上，但是房間很乾燥，一點異味都沒有，很舒服。離會址很近，方便搭觀光車。但是附近沒啥吃飯的地兒，酒店的將軍餐廳菜做的不行，饅頭湯精太重沒法吃，魚頭豆腐很家常的菜太淡，衹能湊合吃，嚴重拖低酒店評價，早飯衹能算有的吃，並且 9 點就結束，得趕時間。

選擇這家酒店是被它的歷史和中庭吸引的，來了之後是被酒店的服務征服了！每位員工都很熱情！特別感動的一件事：是軍官餐廳的一位阿姨，我們吃飯時隨手把纜車票扔在了桌子上，就出去溜達了，等我們晚上 九點多 回來的時候，一位阿姨問我們是不是吃飯的時候把纜車票忘在餐廳了，她已經幫我們收好了！不知是偶然在酒店門口碰到了她，還是她一直等着我們，挺感動的！

廬山大廈民國三大建築之冠，原為國民黨中央黨校軍官訓練團一座山中樓，半部民國史。1934年蔣介石選址並落成於1936年，由蔣介石親筆提寫“廬山傳習學舍”,1946年改為“廬山大廈”。
1937年7月17日，蔣介石曾在此發表了著名的廬山《抗戰宣言》

酒店環境很好，出行方便，離旅遊專線步行2-3分鐘，吃飯也方便，酒店二樓軍官餐廳菜色就不錯，周圍其他餐館也不少，就是坐車去正街找食也非常方便。服務員態度都很好，有求必應反應迅速。酒店防潮設施太齊全了很滿意。

酒店是百年老酒店，裏面有餐廳，味道還行，點了一份茄子食材很老，經理安排退款了，烤羊排不是烤的，是油炸的，瓦罐湯好喝，辣椒炒肉正宗。在索道口安排了接送服務，司機很熱心，幫忙拎行李，非常方便，酒店在廬山會議舊址隔壁，放好行李就可以去景點遊玩。
