I had a short stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Lusaka at the end of January. The front desk staff and other staff were very good, professional, attentive and warm; some of them even exceptional in their service. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was very good. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and the overall experience was super. The food was well-prepared and of good quality. Nevertheless, I have one suggestion towards the breakfast that is served: try to shorten the waiting time for the English breakfast or the à la carte egg dishes.

We had an amazing stay during our wedding at the Intercontinental! 🏨💍 The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. 🛏️✨ The staff went above and beyond, especially Tamika, who ensured everything was seamless. 🙌💖 The food was exceptional 🍴👌, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion or getaway! 🎉🌟

It was a lovely New Year’s Eve experience. I haven’t been to Intercontinental since its renovation and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. New ambience , rooms are nice, clean and well furnished. There was a lovely live band and some fireworks to end the night ❤️

Just awesome. What a nice friendly place. Clean, well managed and attention to detail. Brings back a little class to hotels with chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast staff really helpful and accommodating, will make a plan incase you miss breakfast. Truly awesome experience.

On Saturday night there was an event inside pitched tents and the noise was unbearable. This is not what one expects from a five-star hotel like the Intercontinental. I complained and was moved to another room at 11 pm. The actual room 304 was clean. Even the new room 311 was also clean.

Sadly only had a one night stay. Pick up from the airport was perfect. On time professional and very safe. The hotel was beautiful. Fully appointed rooms with lots of room service was very good. Breakfast was good and the pool and gardens were really lovely location very good. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Visit twice a year and so nice to come back at this hotel. Rooms are spot on, clean, good beds and a wonderful service. I am recognized as a returning guest and that is really wonderful. I love to have a meal in the lounge as the restaurant is more formal. Will definitely come back!

Bed sheets and towels always clean, the room was well kept always at the same time. During rain the umbrellas from the hotel became quite useful and I was allowed to carry it with me to the office. Staff are quite friendly and caring. I mostly felt at home with the good service from smiling staff in the restaurant during breakfast.

Fred and Eugene are the most professional doormen I have seen. They readily met my every need and assisted me before I could ask. The desk staff is equally helpful; Chipo, Precious, and Abigail are all equal parts patient, helpful, and professional. They worked diligently to solve various problems outside of their control to ensure the best stay for guests

The most amazing costumers service experience in my life. The Intercontinental Hotel staff are very attentive and provide the best experience in the whole continent. Madam Chipo, Mr. Fred, Madam Abigail, and Madam Precious, are very special host that embodied the tru meaning of hospitality. I recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks excellence.

I was upgraded to a remium suite after received the wrong room on the first night and this made my stay of 8 nights marvelous. The personal was so kind and fully committed. I love the garden bar. The only shadow, the breakfast when served at the top floor is not very copious and the buffet space is very narrow.
