In comparison to the 5 other premium hotels in Doha this was an absolute gem and excellent value ! The management was very accommodating for special requests and the staff was very friendly despite trying there best to navigate the sudden volume. But value for money is amazing.. i would however next time book a bigger room when asking for twin beds. I had a neck injury so waiting 3 hours for the neck pillow was a big let down. Again though everything else was big yes for us!

Travelled to Doha with my family to attend the Asian Cup final. The city was fully booked and when i checked in turns out i booked the wrong days. Chadi at reception was so emphatic and helpful and got us upgraded and fixed the issue. Going over and above to get our issue sorted he really took away the stress of my own mistake. Thank you Chadi and Staybridge Management you got my loyalty in Doha whenever i visit.

Absolutely amazing hotel and service and location A few pointers that could be improved wood floor worn out and scratched up every where the tiles in bathroom could do with a regrout apart from that Absolutely stunning hotel best I have stayed service very fast response bathroom facilities 10/10 could do with a TV in bathroom

Our overall experience has been fantastic! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from the rooms to the breakfast. The staff were extremely attentive and the customer service was 10/10. Special shoutout to Bilal who served us our breakfast for most of the week. Even with a large group of 5 of us, he was extremely patient (which can be difficult with my family lol) and offered amazing service throughout the whole week! Thank you to all Fairmont staff for being so excellent and Bilal for making our breakfast experience that much more delicious!
