Hello team I had a booking there for last night and i was in room 513 which i booked online. It was my worst experience there. First of all there were no toiletries,dental kit in the bathroom,body lotion was kept but used one, telephone was not working was not able to call reception or any other hotel services. But when checking out the hotel front desk operator MRS.SARITA was asking for extra money of 1500/-rs telling us that we have ruined the bed sheet by dal stains. But when we checked there were no stains of dal. After that they told us to go in room and check but there was nothing. Even lifts were flooding with water. Seriously SARITA don't know how to talk to guests and in this industry you have to be very poliete but she was too RUDE. Even after realising their mistake one must apologise but she was giving tough look and told us to talk to Mr.Bipin. Firstly he was also not accepting the mistake but later he apologised for his behaviour. Requesting you to teach SARITA how to talk and takecare of their guests and everyone with a smile on her face.
