Schloss Ludersburg Golf & Spa

very nice stay in a spacious standard room. Breakfast is very good, Dinner is also quote good with style accomodated to Golf Club requirements. Overall very friendly personel . unfortunately the Golf course hat just oprnend a Werk ago, recovering from extremely wet period, thus fairways already in good shade however still to use Winter Greens. As the Individual Tracks are not so exciting, actually made up pretty comfortable ,missing Greens is a drawback. Of course in a few weeks time this will be different, as the Greens looked pretty nicely made.

The location and nature of the hotel was very nice. I was satisfied. I think I will come again. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was delicious and very wonderful. It has an ideal environment for those who love silence. I was pleased that the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sauna is very nice

Good golf courses and beautiful surroundings + buildings. Great that we could get our room already at 8:30 (normal check-in is 3 pm). Large and cozy room (W4) However, slow service everywhere. Too buzy people in the reception, bar and restaurant. Very difficult to get attention and service in the bar/restaurant - we waited way too much to place our orders and to get our drinks/food. In the reception (part of the golf pro shop) the young employees also too busy and giving us different answers to the same questions (our room rate and room availability). You should add more staff. The quality of the dinner with 1/2-pension (“Golf & Dine package”) is below average. Wifi very bad in room Not recommended

We ordered a golf package - fairly priced - which included; 2x nights w./ breakfast 2x three course dinner 2x golf round incl. buggy Great hotel room in the 'Staples' wing near the reception and just above the 'Land sauna'. At arrival the spacious room was very clean and welcoming. Not quite the same at departure though, but it was self inflicted. Breakfast was nice and plenty although complementary Champagne/Crémant would have taken the experience a bit further. Keeping the price for the stay in mind, the three course dinner was delightful. The golf experience itself... In all honesty there is a lot of work to be done on both courses. Fairways and greens leave much to be desired. It's early season yes, but the reason for the poor condition seems to go beyond unfortunate weather conditions. On the upside a little bird was singing about plans of redoing greens in the coming year. Hopefully the management will prioritize to get this done sooner rather than later. With that said the layout and diversity of the two courses are great. Finally I have to 'go back to Greece'; My self awareness is sometimes poor but I do know that I can be a 'high maintenance' (but fair) guest at times. A very special thanks goes to Elena in the hotel reception for being warmly welcoming, service minded in a natural way, well spoken, charming and very helpful. Congratulations to Schloß Lüdersburg for hiring such an asset. We will see you all again when the time is right.

Stayed just one night - en route to plane from Hamburg airport...very tranquil surroundings and nicely converted with very helpful and friendly professional staff. The room was really comfortable and provided a good night's sleep with two good armchairs. I would probably say 4 and a half stars - but feel it is only fair to round up to 5 as the hotel arranged for an incredibly helpful member of staff, Daniel, to drive my to the station at Echem when the bus didn't arrive as scheduled. I am truly grateful for this. The prices are very reasonable - and it would be a very nice place for exploring some of the lovely countryside and old towns around Lower Saxony and into Schleswig Holstein. Thank you to all the staff at Schloss Ludersburg.

If you have any hopes of actually sleeping in the bigger house they call a castle at the end of the gravel walkway- forget it. You sleep in what might have been the stables or workers accommodation. Nicely restored brickbuildings void of any prior guests. Considering that it is low season and a fact to consider one must, however, sound the Rip-Off alarm when there is on a very scaled down but okey menu, a buffet consisting mostly of beats, cabages, potatoes etc for 39 Euro!!!! Whoa!! Hold your horses folks! That is so NOT OKEY. Service was decent and rooms large and clean. Breakfast just a notch above standard.

Ich hatte mit meinem Sohn ein Golf Wochenende gebucht. Nach den relativ schlechten Rezessionen, hatte ich schon etwas Bedenken. Aber glücklicherweise hat sich das alles nicht bewahrheitet. Das Hotelzimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand mit einem großen Badezimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Beim Restaurant, muss man tatsächlich etwas Abstriche machen. Es war sicherlich nicht fine dining, aber für den Hunger nach einer Golfrunde war es vollkommen ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Wir haben alle Mitarbeiter als sehr freundlich wahrgenommen. Beide Golfplätze sind anspruchsvoll und haben uns sehr gut gefallen und die Greens waren bis auf wenige Ausbesserungen von guter Qualität. Die Plätze sind eingebettet in wunderbarer Natur und das gesamte Areal ist riesig. Der eine oder andere Abschlag, war leider etwas uneben aber das wäre Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Der Old Course hat uns etwas an Augusta erinnert, mit seinem alten Baumbestand und riesigen Rhododendren. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungenes Golf Wochenende. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Hotel in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage, genau richtig für eine kurze Auszeit vom Alltag. Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sehr freundlich, Abendkarte etwas bunt zusammengewischt, preislich absolut in Ordnung und sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
