The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is located in close proximity to charbagh bus stand and charbagh railway station. Conveyance is also easily available.

Worst experience. Room which are shown in photo was different from actually provided to us. Fan regulator was not working, after complaining 4 to 5 times they had not taken any action related to that also denied to change the room.
Below things are missing in the room which should be provided by any hotel if they charged more than Rs 2000/ room:-
1. Geyser
2. Electric kettle
3. Tea bags
From outside, building is looking good but from inside maintenance was missing. Waseroom was also very dirty.
Only good thing is location of Hotel.

Saaf safai ka dhyan nah-in diya gaya tha bedsheet vagaira sab gandi thi room ki service bhi theek nah-in thi. Koi photo thodi nakhej ke rakhta hai ki kaya kaise hai kaya nah-in aapane response poochha isliye main bata raha hun

Appearance was good. But rooms were not cleaned properly. But the room food service was awesome. No room or stay facility for drivers

Very dirty room' and bathroom. Not suitable for families. Mm t should not recommend this hotel to anyone. At the hotel they did not provide you with drinking water it was for extra cost. Breakfast was pathetic
