Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lucknow, and while it has a promising location near the airport, unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel is well-built, but the lack of cleanliness and hospitality makes it far from a pleasant stay. We checked in around 10:30 PM and were initially assigned rooms that were far from up to standard. To our surprise, they were on a smoking floor, which we didn’t request. After raising the issue, they did move us to another floor, but the new room wasn’t much better. The cleanliness was subpar – there were food crumbs, residue on the table, and leftover trash on the floor, including pom poms, lentils, and clothing tags from previous guests. The blankets were visibly dirty as well. Despite the disappointing room conditions, I’ll give credit to the fact that the hotel is freshly built, and the location is convenient for those traveling to or from the airport. The breakfast spread was also quite good, which is a redeeming factor. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially from a brand like IHG. It’s hard to consider this hotel as part of the IHG family when it fails to meet basic cleanliness standards. I strongly feel that the hotel needs a proper audit and closer inspection from headquarters to ensure better management and guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

This is the only one hotel that I use to stay in Kanpur. So far so good, beside the bed too soft for me.

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

I Checked-In at this Holiday Inn near Lucknow Airport on 6th March 2025 night and staying in Room No. 517. Every month I come to Lucknow for my official work and I always stay in lemon Tree hotel. But this is the first time I stayed at Holiday Inn and my stay experience is just EXCELLENT so far. I definitely made a good choice by choosing Holiday Inn this time. Room is specious and clean. Breakfast buffet is awesome. The Front Office Duty Manager Mr. Gaurav is truly a supportive and helpful person. Given an experience of true hospitality. The bellboy cum Swimming pool instructor Mr. Surendar is nice person with a very helpful nature. Housekeeping staff Mr. Ajeet does his work perfectly with proper hospitality. Overall it's the best property with best staff. Excellent. Keep up the good work 👍

Execllrnt service!!! Staff is very professional and courteous and tail care of my needs right away!! Special thanks to Narayan floor executive and his staff !!! He was there right away when I asked for anything . I would recommend this hotel !!

Good hospitality end to end. Clean well maintained facility and good food, good support by Shivani from maintenance service. Well located near Airport, metro and not too far from train station. Best part is late checkout without anyone bugging.

Stayed at Holiday Inn for my friend’s wedding, and the experience was amazing! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was super helpful, and the wedding events were beautifully organized. Everything — from the decor to the food — was spot on. Perfect place for both a relaxing stay and a grand celebration!

Best Hotel services provided, and better staff support by the floor executive Narayan sir and taken better cleanliness and maintained it properly. Food quality is also better and different varities to it. And facilities of restaurant and better place for swimming pool also there.
