This is the only one hotel that I use to stay in Kanpur. So far so good, beside the bed too soft for me.

Room is clean and service was good Breakfast runs out quickly and isn’t refilled

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Lucknow the check in and check out so smooth Hatss off to the front office team . The rooms was very clear and staff were very pleasant will visit again. If you want to enjoy a pleasant stay book your rooms here at Holiday Inn Lucknow without any hesitation.

I recently stayed at the holiday in Lucknow which is the nearest airport hotel ,one of the luxury property which does it really mean for ,, I want to highlight the manager name Mr.Lalit Tripathi who assisted me really very well he is extremely helpful kind and very polite I really want to say thankyou as I have requested for early check -in which he assisted at 12:00P.M ..breakfast everything was well fine… will recommend everyone.

Nice property...ambience was pretty good ....food was really nice .....we had a great time....the whole family enjoyed a lot ....will definitely visit other properties of the chain and make memories.....service and the staff were quick to respond

Its a brand new IHG hotel but that's the end of story... List of horrible/ bad experiences 1. Dinner buffet menu missing for 30 minutes - on the first day of stay went for dinner..the non veg section menu was missing for 35 minutes..reminded 3 different waiters and the staff at entrance of the restaurant but no change...finally saw chef, after telling him again had to wait for 10 minutes.. 2. Weird / unprofessional staff at front desk- Not welcoming not giving attention to the guest but busy chatting each other...I was not given any welcome points or a welcome deing even though I am elite member...also they were busy giving priority to other guests and not IHG members... 3. Strange behaviour of restaurant staff- First day at dinner ***** with the servers even their supervisors were busy attending one group on the table and not looking after guests like me..if they need anything..second day they were checking with me but the way they were talking was rude with an overconfident tone. 4. Duty manager giving false commitment - Called up the front desk to share my experience with duty manager and inform about my early morning check out...the duty manager ( Alok if I remember name correctly) promised me that breakfast will be ready by 6:30am but to my shock nothing was ready.. restaurant staff had other story to tell ...that time is 7:00am.. 5. During check out asked the front desk to give me printed bill and also send soft copy of email...once again as they were busy chatting with each other they took more time for a simple check out...never received bill on email...upon returning home kept calling hotel number for 1 week mentioned in IHG app but no response.. finally had to find way to connect via watsapp to their team and could get bill... Who hired the staff for this hotel?? Who trained them?? Perhaps the question is have they been trained at all??Do they understand IHG brand??

Shivani was our cleaning staff lady. She was most wonderful and kind and helpful. She made a difference in our stay. I will come back to this hotel, even though they charged full day price for 2 half days - ok, I do not care. SarovarHotelLucknow and Hyatt was full and I could only find space in here.

Pathetic service. Most unprofessional staff members. They behave clueless about anything and everything. Haven’t come across a world hotel during business travels across India. Horrific check in experience, bad staff behaviour and very average kind of food in restaurant. It took them an hour for them to get my luggage delivered in my room

Nobody has asked me to write this review, but I wanted to do so anyway, as my husband, son and I are so very grateful to all the staff at the Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport for the outstanding care and attention to detail which they provided throughout our stay. While maintaining an exceptionally high standard of professionalism, they also looked after our needs with very great courtesy and friendliness, all of which was hugely appreciated. The meals were delicious and definitely lived up to Lucknow's excellent, worldwide reputation for the quality of its food. Simple dishes cooked to perfection are often the hallmark of a great kitchen: we loved our eggs in the morning! Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the housekeepers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed plus a few extras: the towel art was truly wonderful! The grounds were immaculate, and it was lovely to see the thoughtful decorations in place for Diwali. The hotel is also very conveniently located for the very well-priced Lucknow metro, which we took to visit the shops in Hazaratganj. We are a British family, who travelled to Lucknow from England for a wedding, but we should certainly love to return for more of a tourist trip, and we should definitely book at the Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport again.
