Si stima che a causa dell'impatto dell'epidemia l'edificio principale dell'hotel non sia stato aperto ed è in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi abitando nell'edificio adiacente l'igiene è comunque molto buona, anche se le strutture e gli arredi sono obsoleti , sono ancora pulitissime, ma sono molto deluso dal fatto che non ci siano altre strutture disponibili.Relax ricreativo, il giardino è molto piccolo, la piscina è sul lato dell'edificio principale e chiusa per lavori, la colazione non è in hotel , ma a piedi da un piccolo ristorante locale dall'altra parte della strada, nessun ambiente, spaghetti di riso semplici, cameriere L'atteggiamento è molto amichevole, ma non può fornire molto aiuto. Ho visto che l'hotel ha un'auto miniVAN. Considerando che è difficile muoversi con bambini e bagagli, quando sono uscito dall'hotel ho chiesto se potevo accompagnarci all'ufficio postale (cinque minuti di macchina), e la risposta è stata no. Vai a giocarci tu 😬 Mentre stavo uscendo, ho visto l'autista seduto fermo in macchina. Preferirei essere inattivo piuttosto che lasciare gli ospiti. Anche se fosse stato caricato, almeno gli ospiti si sarebbero sentiti meglio. Sembra il servizio di base di una pensione.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Good English spoken. The bikes are great as the hotel is quite a distance from the main area. There are a few nice places walkable distance and it is walkable but if you did it multiple times it’d be tiring. Lao Airlines hotel so you can check in for your flight at the hotel. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Nice pool and quiet, peaceful environment. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Rooms seem worn and could do with a refresh, especially the bathroom. Air conditioning is needs updating as it struggles to cool the room. Only one plug socket by the side of the bed. Lots of small flys in my room which should have been cleaned/removed before I checked in. Likely due to low season so less people/cleaning less often. I went out in the morning and hung “please clean room” on my door but when I came back 6 hours later nothing had happened. They didn’t clean my room, change towels etc through my stay. Neighbouring hotels have shuttle service. This would really improve the hotel. Overall, it was ok for two days but probably wouldn’t go back unless it was modernised.

Great hotel in Luang Prabang, they upgraded our room to a suite which made our stay even more comfortable. The food is delicious and we were satisfied with the choices, we ate many meals because the service and quality was so good (spring rolls were our favorite). The weather was hot and having a swimming pool was super refreshing. The location is a little far from the old town, but they offer a free shuttle so it's still a convenient location.

Everything was just like in the pictures. Super nice decoration. The room and its balcony were quite big. The taste of their breakfast was very nice, literally - only American breakfast's available, tho. Free bicycle ride. It's located in a quiet area, which is good. It's close to the aiming area (with Wat Sensoukharam scene on the back) but a bit far from the night/morning market, FYI. Unfortunately, there was a construction in front of the hotel so it was noisy during the day.

We spent two nights at the hotel. We picked the hotel because of a video we saw on Youtube. A motorbike traveler met the boss of the hotel during his trip in Laos and he was invited to stay in the hotel. So he took some shots in the hotel and we were amazed how beautiful it was! So we booked the hotel and had two wonderful nights there.

La stanza sembrava molto bella, proprio come nelle foto, ma in un'occhiata più vicina, c'era polvere ovunque, le lastre di letto erano dipinte e sporco, il bagno/jacuzzi non funzionava e era molto sporco! Anche le pareti intorno a lui erano molto sporche. La stanza ha un odore stagnante e molte moschee. Non c'era abbastanza acqua calda per fare la doccia, il colazione era molto povero e il cibo era tutto freddo. Quindi se pensi di avere colazione lì, il mio consiglio è andare a mangiare in città per una migliore esperienza di mangiare. Infine, ma non meno importante, il asciugacapelli non si adattava al socket. Fortunatamente abbiamo avuto un adattatore, altrimenti avremmo avuto un tempo difficile con questo.

The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, tidy, clean and comfortable. The amenities offered in the room smelled amazing! Also, an amazing service by the very friendly and solicit staff, and their breakfast was delicious! They also offered bikes for the guests to use. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

第一天到酒店時，前台帥哥看我抱着睡着的小朋友，快速幫我們辦理了入住，還幫我們提行李送我們到房間。可能因為訂了4晚，房間提前做了很温馨的佈置～酒店曾經是老撾皇室度假的酒店，酒店位置很好，隔一條馬路就是Me Kong River，路邊有個咖啡店，咖啡很好喝～距離佈施的街道也很近，從靠前台這邊門出發，步行一個路口就能到達～網友推薦的good people good food good price，就在從靠酒店前台這邊門出門，右轉步行五分鐘就能到，餐館環境一般，但是價格和味道真不錯，有很多學生也去那吃飯～酒店住客可以免費借自行車，取車之前工作人員還會幫你認真檢查車況～每棟樓都放置了水桶（圖3），可以自己接飲用水，門廳放了可以沖腳沖鞋的水罐（圖4）。遇到的前台工作人員都很好，兩個帥哥和一個戴眼鏡的姐姐幫了我們很多。Thanks for all your patience and help. Un hotel molto ben situato per esplorare la vecchia città. Molto comodo, ma con un'ampia gamma di servizi (anche se gli ospiti possono usare l'albergo di Sofitel). Il personale dell'hotel è stato fenomenale - molto amichevole e accogliente. Il colazione era decente, ma potrebbe essere migliorato con alcune opzioni locali più autentiche (le opzioni locali sul menu erano piccole e molto fragili, cioè erbe e spezie limitate).

入住這家度假村是老撾行程的最後一站，度過了非常難忘的兩晚，相比鎮上的酒店我們更喜歡這裏。房間設備：我們住的是河邊的帳篷，要注意進出拉好拉鍊防蚊，除了牙刷要向前台要。沒有電話，一切聯繫依靠度假村自己的app，其它設施齊全。活動體驗：入住期間付費體驗了皮划艇、落日遊船和按摩。皮划艇的感受非常棒，嚮導很專業沿途風景優美，總共兩小時，價格是25$/人（不含服務費）；落日遊船是一個長尾小船，衹有嚮導和船伕，沒有其它遊客，沿途景色安靜秀麗，大概45分鐘，18$/人，含一杯雞尾酒。我們也體驗了湄公河邊42$/人的船，相較之下，算是各有特色。餐飲：蔬菜都是自己養殖的，價格合理，味道很不錯，西式和地方菜系都超出預期。出行：度假村靠近機場，離鎮上十幾分鍾車程，離火車站20分鐘車程，有免費的tutu車接送，班次不算多，也有摩託可以租（當然價格比鎮上高不少）。總之，下次若再來琅勃拉邦，依然會選擇這裏。

訂的套房，應該是大過49平米的，樓老窗户小採光一般，但是真的非常乾淨，實木地板亮到反光，床品也很舒適，房間配了一大一小兩個空調不用擔心温度，還有冰箱可以放飲料，洗衣服好像0.6美元一件短袖（未使用），wifi速度也還可以。陽台非常舒適，窗户和門都是兩層鎖的，不用擔心安全問題。酒店地理位置也很好，在安縵後面，離夜市很近，臨街的房型應該會聽到很多馬路噪聲，訂房時需注意。要説改進的話，一是按摩浴缸需要找人修繕，噴水口有雜質；二是早餐花樣比較少，可以多加些菜品；三是電視機還是衞星信號的，幾乎沒得看；四是洗漱備品的檔次可以再提高一下；五是游泳池衞生需要注意，有很多漂浮物，不雅觀。六是房間燈光有些暗，可以換些高瓦數的燈泡。

I recently stayed at Choasis in Luang Prabang, and it was truly fantastic. The hotel is brand new and the quality of everything – from the rooms to the decor – was top-notch. Located in a very peaceful part of the city, it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Francis, the manager, was amazing and went out of his way to make my stay memorable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of options, and the food from the restaurant was incredible – the Thai chef really knows how to create great flavors. I highly recommend Choasis to anyone visiting Luang Prabang!
