Ho scelto questo hotel per le buone recensioni, ma a parte la posizione, Anche le stanze al secondo piano sembrano belle! Sono stato accompagnato nella stanza centrale al primo piano e, nel momento in cui sono entrato, ho sentito un rumore di fogna? L'odore. Il pavimento del bagno era crepato. C'era anche uno scarafaggio incredibilmente grande 🪳 e un piccolo asciugamano sporco in giro. La mattina dopo la stanza era pulita, ma gli asciugamani non erano stati cambiati. Ho chiesto al personale di cambiarli, ma sembravano perplessi. Il personale della reception era vietnamita, quindi la comunicazione in inglese non era molto fluida. Le biciclette gratuite che avevamo noleggiato non erano molto comode, quindi abbiamo rinunciato a utilizzarle. Immagino dipenda dalla stanza, ma nella nostra stanza al primo piano il Wi-Fi era pessimo. I posti a sedere sulla terrazza al secondo piano sono comodi e dotati di Wi-Fi. Se riuscite a trovare una stanza al secondo piano, vale la pena alloggiare lì. C'è una grande differenza tra le stanze Il cambio di camera è stato rifiutato.

La posizione è buona, vicina alla maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche. Il noleggio gratuito di biciclette è utile. Tuttavia, non forniscono acqua minerale (bisogna acquistarla) e l'asciugamano è così fresco. Per il resto, abbastanza decente e vale il prezzo per una guest house.

Really excellent 👌 lovely helpful owners and nice and homely. Super clean and nice choice for breakfast including fruit and juice. Not far into town and handy bikes free for a little ride. Thanks.

Spotless clean and friendly staff, the hotel is located at around 15 minutes walk from downtown. They dispose of free bikes that can be used to roam around town, the place is quiet and with good vibes around the place.

Very easy for city tour but they have to improve about service

A pleasant place to stay within walking proximity of attractions, markets, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. I was about to stay longer but the owner inflated the price of the room I was staying and so did Trip.com. I opted to leave.

the number corresponded to the price. but the bed linen was a bit dirty. follow it more closely. and it would be good to add disposable hygiene items such as a toothbrush and toothpaste

Some distance from the main road or tour sites... Food in the nearby vicinity needs walking 500M ... Great Breakfast served with Laos Vietnamese Service spirit. Good for Short term visit to tour the city by 🚲🚲🚲🚲..
