Hotel Family-friendly a Luang Prabang

Quando il nostro conducente si è trascinato all'hotel da un ponte di ricca ricchezza sul fiume, siamo stati un po' nervosi, visto che l'hotel sembra piccolo dall'esterno. Il nostro pensiero era che l'hotel fosse in realtà il lobby e l'hotel è in realtà molto grande e spogliato con edifici e bungalow dispersi vicino al fiume. L'hotel dispone di una bella piscina al largo del fiume con sedie da letto, asciugamani da spiaggia e un bar a basso prezzo con snack da vendere. Il bagno era vicino alla porta anteriore, quindi dovevi uscire dal bagno intorno all'angolo per lavare le mani - una sorta di strano, ma ha aiutato la mattina per 2 persone a essere pronte. Questo è l'unico hotel che abbiamo soggiornato con doppio bagno e una lunga vanità così eccellente per 2 viaggiatori e un grande plus! La doccia era una passeggiata in così est. L'hotel ha anche un ristorante dove la colazione (compresa) è servita al mattino. Purtroppo, era un buffet con opzioni limitate e il cibo che doveva essere caldo era sempre freddo e senza appetito. L'hotel usa piccole candele per cercare di mantenere il cibo caldo, ma questo metodo non funziona affatto. L'hotel non ha più una navetta per la città che è negativa perché è necessario camminare attraverso un ponte spaventoso di ricca per arrivare in città. L'unico altro commento alla direzione è trovare alcuni lavoratori che parlano meglio l'inglese, poiché abbiamo avuto difficoltà a comunicare con il personale. Sì, sappiamo che siamo in Laos e dovremmo imparare a parlare la loro lingua, ma mi sento che quando si tratta di turisti, si hanno bisogno di poche persone in ogni area per parlare la lingua universale per l'attività.

Great hotel in Luang Prabang, they upgraded our room to a suite which made our stay even more comfortable. The food is delicious and we were satisfied with the choices, we ate many meals because the service and quality was so good (spring rolls were our favorite). The weather was hot and having a swimming pool was super refreshing. The location is a little far from the old town, but they offer a free shuttle so it's still a convenient location.

La posizione di questo hotel è perfetta - vicino a tutto ancora tranquillo e buono per il tempo di relax. La colazione è sorprendente . Il personale è stato utile e amichevole - abbiamo avuto problemi con ac e ci è voluto un po' di tempo ma lo risolvono. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole. Si consiglia di soggiornare a Luang Prabang

It was our first time in Luang Prabang, and we picked Kiridara based on other reviews. Rest-assured, it was a smart choice. The location was great. While not in the center, there is a market super close and a supermarket about 10 minutes away. For the rest the hotel offers a free shuttle which is on call until about 9 pm, and takes you more or less everywhere you need to go. The rooms were clean, nicely layed out and offered everything you need. If something was wrong, it was fixed quickly. The pool was refreshing and offered a great view. The drinks from then pool bar were delicious. The highlight was the breakfast. There was a small, but nice buffet plus a menu. The a la carte menu was the biggest plus. You could pick up to four dishes, each from one category, like eggs, hearty or sweet. Be sure to eat yourself through all the options, while you stay - it‘s worth it! All in all a great stay, and we will come back to Kiridara for sure for our next stay.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the Sofitel team in Luang Prabang for creating such a warm, welcoming and accommodating stay. Across all departments, the staff went above and beyond, and collectively set a new standard for Service. Most notably Vard, Leng, Mr. Kao and Youth at the front desk, Mr. Umni, Keili and Souk from F&B and Mr. Anshul Sharma, the hotel Manager, who has done an exceptional job at leading the team and making the Sofitel, Luang Prabang a must stay haven in South East Asia. The hotel grounds were picturesque and serene, the rooms tastefully designed with ample space to luxuriate, the food (particularly breakfast) at Governors Grill delicious and fresh. But above all, the service was unlike any hotel I have stayed. From remembering the small details of our personal preferences, to recommending the best activities and experiences, to assisting with a medical emergency - my partner and I felt truly cared for. I am deeply grateful for such a beautiful and memorable Christmas and New Year, and we already look forward to our return!

I could not have been more happy with my stay. A peaceful oasis located a very short distance from the night market and other amazing attractions. The breakfasts were fantastic. Fresh fruits, juices, Lao coffee, vegatables, eggs, breads (and more) every morning. The staff made me feel very comfortable. Always greeting me with respect and huge smiles. After a long day of teaching English I could not wait to get “home” and unwind by the pool with a good book. Thank you again to the entire staff for a memorable stay. Ajan Matt

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti al Palazzo di Xieng Thong Victoria e l'amo. Tutto era grande. Bello luogo. La stanza era molto pulita. L'hotel è a pochi minuti dal tempio di Xieng Thong, e a destra del fiume Mekhong. Il servizio era molto buono. Tutti erano molto gentili e molto disposti ad aiutare.

We had a lovely three-night stay at the 3 Nagas. This property quickly became one of our favorites in SE Asia, and certainly in Laos. We had a large family suite in the back of the property, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The entire property is historic and very well done. The staff was excellent, cocktails tasty, breakfast was all-you-can eat ala carte, and the use of the Sofitel pool via a free shuttle was nice in the afternoons. The location was also ace, on the main drag but not quite in the bustle (if such a thing exists in LP). The monks walk right by every morning as well. Accor status was honored and felt with nice welcome touches too. Highly recommend!
