We checked in. There was only one bath towel in the room. No hand towels or wash cloths. The room smelled like human urine. The sheets and bedding also had stains on them. Very gross. Bathroom floor was sticky as well.

Very dirty.and ran down ..pictures online are deceiving .. lots of suspicious activity.. especially in parking lot .. I would not recommend

The walls were covered in muck, food on the floor of the bathroom, smashed spider, stains on the sheets, nail polish crusted on the side table. Left after one night even though I booked 2.

We had to ask for a different room and the 2nd wasn't any better!! Disgusting and if we weren't so tired we would have left!!! There was blood squirted in several places, sheets were dirty! Hadn't been vacuumed in only God knows how long, seriously!!! I had to clean the bathroom twice...just to pee!!! AND!!!!! No towels...no pool or hot tub, which they were advertising!!!

Front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful pleasant. Rooms were filthy. Carpet had holes broken tiles in bathroom lamps not working properly. Booked the hotel for the advertised hot tub, both pool and hot tub were closed for “maintenance”. Don’t stay here if you are intimidated by sketchy crowds!

Worst stay ever!
I fell on the ice in the parking lot area.
It had a couple inches of mixed snow and ice that apparently nobody bothered to take care of. It cost me three days of work because I can’t do my job if I’m injured and not 100%. Now I’m seeking legal counsel to get what I have coming to me

Air conditioner full of dust an dirt. Mini fridge old and noisy. In need of minor udates. With some minor attention could be nice

The staff was nice but our bed sheets were dirty and were stained and the room just did not feel clean.
