Elizabeth was there to greet us on arrival. Very friendly and welcoming. Shown to my room which was very clean and warm. Shower room and toilet very clean soap left from host. Bed linen was immaculately clean crisp white highlight of quality. Which accompanied a very comfortable bed. I had the studio apartment which was brilliant as could cook in there. A very clean fridge and cooking utensils.this guesthouse is within minutes from the sanctuary so very convenient. Its value for money and rooms apart from studios comes with a lovely continental breakfast. This is not a hotel. So lining must be removed from bed on departure day as so must the studio kitchenette and bathroom.it’s in my opinion respectful to leave property as found clean and tidy.I’d like to say a huge thank you to the host Elizabeth for making the pilgrimage one of grace and peacefulness. And not forgetting there is a small chapel to use for quiet reflection and prayer

Pls don't not book this place without reading the small print. So many steps to get out of the room, totally unsuitable to 50 years and older as you will trip and fall in the stairwell. No lift to get to the 3 levels and we had to carry our suitcases. The host is a rude woman, the reviews are fake. Booked for 3 nights and never stayed even 10 minutes but refused to refund at all.

Great guest house very clean covid safty hist is incredibly caring and willingness to assist with anything you need .has a small chapel open 24 hours to sit and reflect weekly rosary for any guests to attend so close to sanctuary shops restaurants .accommodation dose a great continental breakfast fresh bread delivered each morning crossing jam butter cereal fresh juice milk . Rooms has small balcony nice to sit watch what’s going on .kettle coffee maker and safe deposit box in rooms separate toilet and shower room .soundproof rooms or doors open to hear gentle sound of arva Maria from grotto.this guesthouse has everything needed for a peaceful stay on your pilgrim website stayed ther each year for 8 years .I feel comfortable safe and enjoy the breakfast .the hosts goes above and beyond to ensure your trip is as you’d like .beds very comfortable with soft comfortable sheets and duvet id certainly recommend this place and only 2 minutes away from st Bernadette family home with all the original features .the hist Elizabeth is very welcoming and makes the trip all the more enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and fresh which is an important part of the house .so much looking forward to returning I’d give this guest house 100% all round on everything hist offers can’t beat the stay so a Hugh big thank you Elizabeth for making our trip so nice

The apartment was Ideal for me, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfectly situated, just a 5 minute walk to the Domain and Sanctuaries of Lourdes. Elisabeth, who runs the Résidence Bernadette, looks after all the guests and provides a wonderful spiritual environment for pilgrims. I highly recommend it and feel blessed to have stayed there.

Had another amazing stay with Elizabeth. The location is amazing, less than 2 mins walk from the sanctuary. I enjoyed mass in English and French in her Chapel. She is helpful for anything needed. 8th year in a row, already booked again for next year
