An excellent stay. Welcoming and knowledgeable owners, cosy , comfortable and well equipped rooms Freshly made shortbread on arrival. The absolute highlight was the food. A marvellous restaurant quality supper and the best ever cooked breakfast. They really have thought of everything.

This ancient house has been brought into the 21century with tasteful renovation in the hands of passionate and committed owners. It is a beautiful very comfortable building which kept us warm despite sub zero temperatures. The bathroom is state of the art and the bed was supremely comfortable. The breakfast ( full Scottish ) was as good as you would expect from two professional chefs. We will certainly return. The presence of an excellent fish restaurant only 200m away is a huge bonus. This was my second stay at Lossiemouth house and I couldn't fault it. Alison and Hugh are incredibly helpful with recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast was amazing as always. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is in a perfect position for visiting the surrounding area and is also very quiet. We both slept like logs! We will definitely be back!

From the minute I arrived I felt welcomed. I met Hugh the owner on arrival, shown around the property and to my room, very impressed to say the least. The room was very inviting, plenty of light, absolutely spotless, and the bed was so comfortable, too comfortable really as I slept solid for 8 hours. The bathroom for my room was massive, with a bath and seperate shower, again very clean and inviting. In the mornings the breakfast was amazing, full fry up, with plenty of other choices available. Lossiemouth House is within 2 min walk of the beach and the local pubs. I would strongly recommend this property for your accomodation needs when visiting. Thanks Alison & Hugh.

Very comfortable, secure and clean rooms. Warm welcome and very tasty breakfasts; homemade jams and granola. Highly recommended for access to the beach and surrounding area of Lossie. One of the oldest houses in Lossie with plenty of history with a garden to relax in.

Original scottish b&b, beautiful rooms, the hosts are kind and friendly, very good breakfast and everything was in the way I love! Hope to come back! My family was very happy to stay here, close to the small Village and The Beach, if you are lucky you can see the northern lights. V.

Quite simply a beautiful weekend away staying with Alison and Hugh in Lossiemouth House. We couldn’t have been made more welcome. A lovely walk along the East beach, only 2 mins from Lossiemouth House, amazing breakfasts fit for royalty, perfectly presented and topped off with coffee and homemade marmalade and jams. We will be back

The Lossiemouth House is quite simply one of the most welcoming places my partner &I have had the pleasure of staying!! Alison & Hugh are the best hosts, from their knowledge of the area to the beautiful homemade food. Beautiful rooms & scenery❤️❤️. What are you waiting for?? What a lovely place to stay! Everything was perfect and the hosts had taken great care to put a lot of personal touches to the rooms. The hosts were also super helpful when we needed to get our bike to the bike shop. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here.
