Hotel in zona Splash Water World, Los Cabos

Ci sono stati accolti dai campanelli all'ingresso frontale, e all'arrivo è stato facile 10 minuti di check-in, e siamo stati nella nostra stanza e fuori alla piscina entro 30 minuti. La piscina era bella e niente a che fare con l'hotel, ma la piscina era calda a causa del tempo quasi 90 gradi e soleggiata. Il servizio alla piscina era grande, i lavoratori hanno un atteggiamento così grande e sono sempre disposti ad aiutare. C'è una seconda piscina che si guarda alla marina con vista spettacolare sulle montagne, acqua, e i yacht lungo la marina camminata. Si trova a 5 minuti dal centro, con tonnellate di ristoranti, negozi e musica da tutti i nightclub, così come musica in diretta in alcuni dei luoghi all'aperto. L'hotel offre un pacchetto completo, tuttavia non l'abbiamo comprato, ma abbiamo fatto colazione l'ultimo giorno e era $20.00 USD per persona. In generale, un grande hotel, e non possiamo aspettare di tornare!

L'hotel è in marina , che è conveniente ma non è particolarmente confortevole perché ci sono costruzione in corso in mattina piuttosto disturbante Abbiamo incontrato un buon concierge Estela, e abbiamo prenotato il nostro viaggio di giorno attraverso l'hotel con un prezzo piuttosto buono C'è un'introduzione al club, ma non è spinta e il personale è molto amichevole It’s quite a standard stay experience

We just had finished a 4-night stay at the resort. We used 2 vouchers and the other 2 nights we used 120K points each night. Overall the resort is amazing but I’ll cover the cons fist: Pillows were not great. 1 wasn’t enough and 2 was too much. We set the a/c to 66 but the room got warm. We asked for a fan, which they graciously gave us and that solved the problem. Our plane landed in Cabo at 10:30 a.m. and we at the resort by noon, but had to wait until 3:15 to get a room. That was a little disappointing as a diamond member, That’s it! Everything else was amazing. What set this resort apart was the attitude with ALL the employees. It was amazing to see how happy they were! Everyone was courteous, helpful and just amazing to be around. The resort grounds were well maintained! It was just amazing! We saw whales everyday. Some were as close as 200 yards from the shore. Our room (741) provided great views off the balcony to observe the whales. They were everywhere and out all day. We did eat at El Farallon and it was awesome. I’d recommend making the reservation before you arrive, we waited and the earliest we could get a table was 8:30, which meant we missed the sunset. Our bill was $270 and we only drank water….luckily for us we had resort credit from the Aspire card so we essentially were using house money to eat there. The views were spectacular, and the food was also very good. The resort is close to town. Take the complimentary golf cart to the front gate and you can be at the marina in the heart of the city with a 15 minute walk, and 20-25 minutes you can be at Walmart. With the exception of breakfast and the one meal referenced above we ate all of our meals in town. We actually did a food tour our first full day (Eat Like a Local Tour) and it was great and we learned some good spots to go to return too! I hihgly recommend that tour. If you are debating on visiting this resort, do it! You wont regret it! I think we will return again....and we seldom repeat at the same city/resort.

Me and my wife have stayed her twice and we’ve really enjoyed ourselves every time. The hotel and views are breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the staff is always so friendly. A special shout out to Sergio. We spent the whole day by the pool and his exceptional service at the poolside was so appreciated. His hospitality, attentiveness, and humor brought everyone around us together, making all of our experiences truly memorable that day. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort to hunker down and chill, or you want to experience both of Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose, this place is a gem. It’s adults only, so if you don’t have kids or looking for a break from your young ones, book here. You won’t regret it. I promise.

Installazioni un po 'vecchie, ma bene per il prezzo, il concierge della categoria altitudine, pessimo, non vale la pena pagare più, per ricevere niente di più. Qualcuno può salire. Ala torre altezza non ti chiedono mai braccialetti, tranne per “bevande premium” che sono pochi... Molti bar, ma poco attenzione quasi nulla, attività zero, bar chiude molto presto, molto rumore in alcuni livelli per le ventilazioni, l'ascensore della torre altezza non funziona 1 giorno. Sono 8 piani. Buffet sempre lo stesso ogni giorno, la cena nei ristoranti è lo stesso che nel buffet solo che alla lettera e tardi fino 30-1hr in attesa anche se questo non riempie il posto, Devi trasferire**** dal lobby per fare prenotazioni per ristoranti, con il cocierge in caso di altezza, ma non si sente mai questo “plus” di pagamento extra, camere più piccole che in ll che si vede in foto, ma assolvono il loro compito. Per la stagione alta e quello che si paga, non vale tanto la pena, per la stagione bassa e il costo è giusto.

L'hotel è molto piccolo. C'è un ristorante in due bar. Sono pochi i cibi selezionati per il pacchetto completo. Il personale è molto entusiasta e intimo. Grazie per l'aggiornamento gratuito del piccolo fratello della reception. La stanza è pulita. Il letto è molto comodo. L'apparecchiatura è più vecchia. Il bagno di fiori non può essere chiuso. Il balcone non ha una serratura. Il bagno è molto cattivo per fornire due bottiglie di acqua dopo aver bevuto per tenere il sedile fuori per prendere l'acqua e bere. Il suono della stanza è molto cattivo. Il percorso di parola a fianco è molto chiaro. Se il volo di servizio mattina non è richiesto all'hotel il giorno successivo, può ancora rimanere forte

Hotel bellissimo nella città di San Jose de Los Cabos. Il mio marito, mio figlio e io avevamo una suite a due camere. È stato ben progettato con una bella cucina con nuovi apparecchi. C’era un grande letto di Murphy per mio figlio nella sua stanza, e la nostra stanza aveva un letto di grande dimensione e una cucina.Il letto di Murphy è molto più comodo di un letto di cane e facile da costruire. Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto un bagno leggermente più grande con due bagni. Le nostre camere avevano le porte collegate. La piscina superiore del tetto era magnifica e la vista delle montagne vicine era magnifica. Ho avuto la piscina per me stessa la maggior parte di un pomeriggio. L'hotel è molto nuovo, quindi le mobili e la decorazione sono meravigliose e moderne. È stato un breve passo verso le gallerie e ristoranti. Molto consiglia questo hotel. Il personale era bellissimo e molto rispondente alle nostre esigenze.
