The staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).

Simple hotel but it is a good value. Good location! Breakfast was nice but if you get there late, there will be only left overs and even dishes were missing

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité du centre ville et à une dizaine de minute à pied de la plage El Medano.
Celui-ci dispose d'une petite piscine et salle de sport, ce qui est assez appréciable.
Les chambres sont bien aménagées, veillez cependant à faire attention à où la votre est situé.
Une partie des chambres se situe au dessus d'un karaoké assez bruyant pouvant rendre vos soirées désagréables.
Le gros point noir concernant mon séjour est le suivant, en arrivant à l'hôtel on m'informe qu'aucun service de chambre ne sera fait en raison des mesures sanitaires.
Il n'y avait donc aucun service de chambres, c'était à moi d'aller chercher mes serviettes propres, faire mon lit etc.. On m'a refusé de changer mes draps par manque de personnel. Je comprends les mesures mises en places mais j'ai payé un prix certain incluant un service dont je n'ai pas bénéficié et l'équipe de l'hôtel ne s'est pas montré du tout compréhensive.
En résume, un hôtel agréable et bien situé mais sans aucun service pourtant facturé.

Great staff! Tiny but comfy room. The noise at night was quite loud. Music from the adjacent bar. Ask for a quiet section and bring earplugs!!! Breakfast was good. Good value for the money.

The hotel is fine. It’s conveniently located and clean. The staff is cordial enough, except for Roberto who went above and beyond. He helped me to book a taxi and was so kind. He was friendly and clearly cared. The hotel does not have first aid, so don’t expect them to have bandaids or anything to assist if you have any cuts or bruises. Otherwise it was fine.

Check-In included a smokey environment. The next day's wakeup call was a 6:30 false fire alarm. Laundry machines were unavailable. However, they said I could cross the main street and have laundry done, but since it was Christmas it was closed. They did accept the cleaned laundry from the vendor. So, I think they are still getting the bugs out.

Average breakfast. Good eggs and bananas and pineapple. Not much else. Coffee machine made a very strong cappuccino.

I stayed at the Fairmont Inn by Marriott in November 2023, attracted by the brand's reputation. The hotel is clean with commendable amenities like a well-equipped gym, a pool, and breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience.
However, the noise level was a significant concern. Located opposite a large outdoor venue with a karaoke bar, loud music played until 2-3 AM, even on Sundays. The double-pane windows couldn't fully block the noise. Thankfully, my industrial-grade earplugs helped me sleep.
I suggest the hotel provide earplugs or improve soundproofing. While the facilities and service are excellent, the noise is a drawback. If not for this, I would rate it an 'A', but with the noise issue, it's a 'C'.
