I love this place it’s beautiful I’ve been there before I need to tell you that food is terrible Also my wife feelt the same . everything was salty , bitter way to make sugar all the juices have a fake taste I tried pretty much close to 20 different things They tasted terrible Only fruit , milk and bread were tasty You need to do something about that My wife and I we were sick but I did not want to complain I will come back because I love your place hopefully food will taste better These few days your food was terrible and I’m not a picky eater

El hotel es enorme, tienen varios restaurantes pero el menú es el mismo y no está variado ni rico. El alcohol es de baja calidad.

The property was beautiful. The party's and activities so it was always something to do. The beach was amazing and not a far walk. The different variety of pools were amazing.

Beautiful property. My only complaint is that the elevator was stuck on floor 4 our entire stay. We stayed in Villa #7 on the 3rd floor. Villa 7 is close to the Riu party side. Beware if your traveling with small children. The music was very loud! Otherwise I will most definitely be returning in the near future!

This was our second time here. Enjoy the property, but had trouble with maintenance, it took three requests to get hot water in our room. Enjoy this property. A little loud at night and doors to rooms slam and can be heard down hallways due to tiled floors snd walls, sounds carry. Plenty of food, drink and activities. Beautiful view of ocean and harbor.

Upon arriving to the property, it looks scary, and the roads are not maintained well. There are no working elevators and certain sections of the hotels so our bellboy had to carry our luggage up six flights of stairs, and I had to carry my luggage down six flights of stairs when leaving. Make sure to call a bellboy Prior to leaving or else you’ll be carrying your own luggage. The drinks were great, but the food was not good. A lot of it is buffet and only dinner is ordered through a menu, but some of the options aren’t as good as what you would think. The location is far from , the marina where most of the activities in Cabo are. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute drive if not more depending on traffic. Also be prepared to be kept up all night when they have their parties. Also our room was freezing our first night so make sure if you’re going during the fall and winter season when it’s colder at night to use the blanket that is given because there is no heater in the hotel room. The beach is also not private so be prepared to be asked to buy goods by 20 people as soon as you hit the beach the water was beautiful and the drinks were good. The staff at the restaurants were nice. But upon checking out when I tried to tell one of the concierges, what the issue was, he could really care less, you really are paying for what you get and obviously that isn’t much. This was the first and last time I ever stay at any RIU hotel/ resort.

I thought it was very unique to see how well kept the property was. One of the cleanest and well maintained resorts that I've ever stayed at. Very impressive.

I was a little disappointed… I have been going to Riu hooted for the past 6-7 years… we came and our room door was not working… so we had to find a personnel to help us out then we had to come back and the key… then we had a couple that was arguing until 2:30 am… I feel like it’s a huge hotel but not enough employees…not sure if I would come back

The food is mainly buffet style and is not very good! It is also hard to get a la cart restaurant they don’t take reservations but you have to arrive a hour and a half earlier and put your name on a waiting list. The alcohol was very cheap quality and there was no entertainment. Restaurants are open for dinner from 530 to 930 and restaurants that are a la cart have limited availability.
