I had an amazing time during my stay at Nobu Los Cabos this month. My friends and I received the best service ever from David, Ernesto and team! They were very attentive, tended to our every need with patience and went above and beyond for us during and even after our stay has come to an end. 1000/10 would recommend and will certainly be back!

This is my home away from home in paradise. I love everything about Nobu. The people/service, food and accommodations are 6⭐️, if there were a thing. Pepe took great care of us the entire trip. Let your butler take care of you and take care of them in return. It’s a no worries trip and they handle with care. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Our concierge person Pepe was incredible. He is the reason alone why you should come. He made our stay beyond fantastic. He checked in with us during the day to see if we needed anything. He made sure we had all of our reservations and helped us with all of our questions. Top notch service!

Nobu Residences is just licensed by Nobu, and our experience there was that it’s just used to push a “time share”-like concept owned by RCD. They invite you for a 75 minute walk-through and lure you in with food and drinks but in our case it really lasted 3+ hours. They won’t let you go and hand you over to 3 managers that keeps offering a better deal. It’s a shame that the Nobu brand associates themselves with this kind of business. Financially it doesn’t make sense either. They show inflated comps and 25% discounts (that really are 10% and complicated to receive in practice). When you check into the hotel you don’t really know that it’s a sales person you talk to which is a shady and doesn’t serve Nobu well. The Nobu hotel in Cabo is absolutely magnificent though, hotel staff is excellent and location is beautiful. It’s more for having a relaxed time. If you want to go out and have fun then stay downtown. The next door Hard Rock is an all-inclusive which means you can’t just walk in and have dinner and drinks.
