La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Gli amici che tornano in Cina per il test del doppio yin possono stare certi che arriveranno al luogo del test entro dieci minuti a piedi. WOW! My wife and I stay at every level of hotels from Best Western To The Roosevelt to Waldorf Astorias...This one impressed. First of all, the Valet was absolutely their for every guest. Non-judgemental about having a motorcycle delivered to their location, they were even curious about the BMW r1800! Travis (I believe his name was, he is the boss) has an incredible crew, as he himself was very pro-active. Friendliest and most responsive valet service I have ever seen! The Front Desk.. Attentive and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and expeditious in their service. As you walk through the beautiful lobby, the front desk is right to your right, along with the concierge (Dave ROCKS!)...no lines (On Memorial Day), and forthrite information. The Food... So delicious, The rooftop dining had a more casual atmosphere, with beautiful view of the Bev Hills Mountains. The menu is delicious, and (relatively) cheap. About $200.00 will get you a ice dinner, dessert and wine. All with great service. They have a new wine manager, at the time this review was written, who is full of knowledge and energy. The first floor restaurant, Espelette, has a new Executive Chef, Stephen..French...Lively personality and loves greeting his guests. My recommendations? Try the Bronzini, both restaurants are superb. The rooftop makes it over potato, with asparagus, while Espelette allows the fish to shine utilizing sides to compliment. The fish in Espelette is dried for 72+ hours, and is full of flavor..The true winner, though is the eggs benedict...OMG the creamiest Hollandaise I have ever had the joy of tasting bar none! The eggs Benedict is served with either ham or salmon, try both! And the service is incredible! The Room... Beautifully appointed with a touch of class..A mattress on the bed worthy of this level hotel..And maid service multiple times a day, and on call. So you never come back to a messy room! 24 hour in room dining... The Bad.. The only issues we ran into were considered minimal..and IMO, no fault of this property. The reservation people claimed they were at the hotel...they were not..the gave us misinformation, which is par for the course with hilton reservations...a never ending battle. And the house car did not show for the pick-up..the concierge said that the driver had called wondering where we were, and we called wondering where he was! I still give this property 5/5.

MM.Y. VirginiaMi sentivo al sicuro quando ho visto le guardie di sicurezza in tutto il mondo. Anche se la stanza è vecchia, ma molto pulita, e il servizio è senza dubbio. Ho avuto problemi con la nostra AC, ma la guardia e il ricevitore sono venuto in camera per te molto presto. Cosa può chiedere di più!
Il colazione è tutto a posto, ma completo. Questo è l'unico hotel che ho soggiornato in sette hotel che offre ham, carne e uova bellissime.
Ci siamo divertiti.

Mi sorprende che il colazione sia stato ben preparato, e si può mangiare colazione e prepararla secondo il vostro gusto, non solo pasta, ma anche avena, waffle e riso. Ci sono bagni, bagni e lavanderia in ogni angolo, quindi li ho usati senza alcuna inconvenienza. Posso vedere il personale lavorare duro. Se non hai un rifiuto di dormire, è un posto molto buono per stare.

HHannJust needed to stay one night to catch a flight the next morning. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cramped but was overall fine. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was also fine. More options than I thought there would be. The traffic was a bit alarming in the morning getting to the airport. Would recommend leaving early to allow for time.

First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a major advantage. It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch.
The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression.
I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities.
One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side.
The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay.
The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done.
Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

Quando sono arrivato da AUS al 8.30, la mia batteria telefonica era piatta e la mia carta di viaggio Mastercard non funzionava, quindi non sono riuscito a pagare il tassista. Io andai solo e non dormivo in 36 ore, quindi sono stato stressato e quasi chiaro quando sono andato all'hotel. Lucia al di fuori del dipartimento mi ha curato delle cose. Abbiamo lavorato il mio telefono, abbiamo pagato il conducente della cabina, poi ha chiamato la custodia e ha organizzato una stanza per la pulizia ASAP, così potevo controllare in anticipo.
Dopo una bella serata, e circa, la mattina dopo mi sono svegliato vomitare e ho avuto una febbre. Non hanno servizio in camera, quindi il personale del front desk ha portato farmaci antinausea e acqua nella mia stanza entro 3 minuti dalla mia chiamata. Mi hanno offerto di telefonare e di controllarmi tutto il giorno, sapendo che sto viaggiando da solo. La mattina seguente, quando ho controllato al 5.30am per arrivare a LAX ho trovato in Uber e come era in avventura di lasciare la donna sul desk front è uscito, ci ha fermati a lasciare e mi ha detto: “Hai detto che Uber’ a Nissan, Non è un Nissan, dovresti uscire dalla macchina”. È stato scoperto che un ospite precedente aveva preso la mia Uber. Una volta che ne abbiamo reso conto, il conducente della Uber che ero in non mi avrebbe preso, mi ha detto di lasciare il suo veicolo e di portare i miei sacchetti fuori dalla sua macchina. Quando avevo un aereo da catturare e mi preoccupavo di mancare, la stessa signora del desk front me l'ha ordinato un camion che è arrivato in pochi minuti. Se siete un viaggiatore soli STAY A QUESTO HOTEL!! Le camere sono bellissime, spaziose e pulite. Per toccare tutto questo, Lucia non mi ha chiesto di entrare presto;

UUtente ospiteIl personale era molto amichevole e accogliente, ci permetteva di controllare un po' prima di quanto fosse normale, che era grande, perché abbiamo appena finito un volo di 14 ore e molto gettato/cantato. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate, molto pulite e pulite.
In generale non molto da lamentarsi. C'era un odore (pulizia/parfum/fiori?) che è menzionato in altre recensioni, tuttavia non abbiamo trovato questo disturbo in generale e ci siamo abituati. Avendo l'aria condizionata sembrava ridurre l'intensità.
Solo il punto di svantaggio è che è un po' lontano dalle aree turistiche (15-20mins da Uber) quindi se non ti importa, questo è un posto fantastico per stare.

UUtente ospiteEsattamente quello che cercavo a Los Angeles. Mi sono fermato a Los Angeles per il fine settimana prima di andare a Hawaii. Volevo un hotel che fosse decente e in una buona posizione senza il costo pazzesco associato a LA. Non voglio solitamente gettare una tonnellata di soldi in un hotel, perché lo usamo come un posto per dormire e doccia. Per questo motivo, Wilshire Crest ha adattato la fattura a una T. Big room, bel bagno recentemente rinnovato con buon Wi-Fi. Sembra un complesso di appartamento rinnovato. Non c'è una vista reale della città, la nostra stanza ha guardato il giardino. Molto luce. Una singola AC e mini frigo nella stanza. Non c'era una tonnellata di accessori da trovare, pensando allo studio appartamento. Non c'è USB che ho visto. È un edificio di 2 storie senza ascensore, quindi se è un problema, per favore fatelo sapere. Il tessuto potrebbe essere un po' datato, ma ho trovato che era pulito un mantenuto bene. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di check-in. Il parcheggio stradale è incluso, e siamo riusciti a trovare un posto molto vicino ogni volta che usciamo. La valigia è stata lasciata dalla porta dopo le 7:00. Un tipo di desayuno continentale con alcuni yogurt e banane aggiuntive. Il desk era sempre stato occupato, e la porta era chiusa a notte, ma il personale era molto piacevole e risponde a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Se vuole un bel posto per restare a Los Angeles, consiglierei molto Wilshire Crest.

Molti cibi poi gettati fuori, era come uova in pacchetti, piccola mini salsa supercottata, e patate fritte disegnate. Molti ospiti d'oltremare hanno mangiato dopo 9-00am nessun cibo? Anche le persone che lasciavano prima 7-00am sono mancate! La stanza era buona e il bagno era molto pulito!

UUtente ospiteMost important: we got an excellent nights sleep. Second floor in the back of the hotel (rm 222). It was quiet and we found the bed excellent. Service was helpful, polite. And the Wifi worked reasonably well - no problems with that.
Also important is we booked the room for $84 (total) and in LA/Manhattan Beach area that is cheap. Walk in price was $109+tax. So all my suggestions are just ”future ideas” and I have no grounds to complain about anything since we slept really well there. And yes, we will be back again no future trips.
Things that could be better:
o ice maker ”out of service” - they had one unit and it was connected, would make whirring noise when pushing in the dispenser, but no ice. We used the in-room 'fridge to freeze some water bottles to keep our picnic things cool the next day.
o inner courtyard looks like a small prison yard: the former pool and hottub are covered with what looks like roofing material and the fence around the pool area is locked off. No plants is the main problem. This could be a gem of a garden. My advice is to visit estate sales and garage sales to buy all the *large* potted plants they can find cheap (or free).
o renovate the rooms a bit: e.g. rip out the old carpets and put in any (yes, even linoleum) floor that can be mopped - much cleaner, no place for fleas, bedbugs, or dust mites to live in. Wash the walls and paint where repairs have been made - simple things can make the room much more pleasant to be in.
o put a window screen on the back window - which essentially faces a wall. But it was good (quiet) ventilation since it wasn't facing the street.
o small grey mark on the pillow case and a stray hair on the bed - harmless stuff to us but other people might find more objectiionable. And some stains in the carpet that probably will never come out. Not a big deal.
