La stanza è grande e pulita e il servizio è buono. Non c'è servizio cinese. Ho soggiornato per tre notti di seguito. Tranne una notte in cui si parlava e si camminava al piano di sopra fino alle 2 o alle 3, era relativamente tranquillo in altri momenti. Per due giorni dormivo alle 8 o alle 9 quando l'allarme antincendio mi ha avvisato e ho ascoltato la radio nella stanza, ma sono stato svegliato. Non c'è colazione a buffet, puoi solo ordinare cibo. Nel complesso va bene.

Those who are looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the perfect choice. From the minute we walked into the door, the hotel was 5-star in every single aspect. The rooms are beautiful and handy, from the digital tablet that controls all the settings for your room, the printer under the desk, the radio and television, to the continually replenished plate of fresh tangerines on the table, the floral curtain design, and the unique monogrammed pillows that you get to keep. They are spacious and light, thanks to their floor to ceiling windows. The location is convenient, walking distance to Rodeo Dr and other main streets and shops in Beverly Hills. Not to mention that the hotel offers free drop-offs within Beverly Hills, in either their iconic Rolls-Royce Phantom, Cadillacs or BMW limousines, a fantastic way of getting around! The rooftop area is ideal, and you mustn’t miss out on visiting it during your stay. Due to the size of the hotel, it being smaller than the others in Beverly Hills, The Peninsula feels more exclusive, is less busy and it enables the staff to pay more attention to individual guests. The pool, rooftop, gym and spa are all top-notch facilities. The staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the food at breakfast is all one can ask for and the garden and lobby are full of divine, fragrant flowers. Of all the places to stay in central Beverly Hills, nothing comes close to The Peninsula standard, the epitome of luxury. I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉

Before I get into the review, I just want to state that I have tried on multiple occasions to reach out to the hotel and resolve these issues amicably, however due to their incompetent staff at various levels they have failed to support. I would also like to call out the worst hotel manager to grace the earth in Chadi Guirguis, for his achievement in failing to respond to my emails and numerous phone calls, despite giving me his assurance in person that I would be taken care of. Lastly, I rarely leave reviews but after weeks of deliberating, I feel that I need to share my experience and warn anyone who plans to go in the future. Onto the review, and myself and my family stayed in room 331 on the 9th and 10th April 2024. We chose this hotel mainly for its location but also because it carried the Hilton name, which we felt would give us a more 'premium' experience. Oh how wrong we were. We were greeted with a room which had multiple damp spots (mainly on the ceiling), the latch on the door hanging by a thread, mould behind a peeled section of wallpaper and a shower that was incapable of providing hot water for more than 3 seconds. Given it was a 2 night stay, we tried our best to make the best of a bad situation and stay in the room (we were also out most of the day). The next day we went out and returned to the room at around 8pm. This was where the real issues began. On return to our room, we found that NONE of the beds had been made and the room had not been cleaned at all. Given that this is a basic expectation of any hotel that you stay in (especially a Hilton), I went to reception to complain and was greeted by the rudest receptionist I think I had ever met (Monika I think the name was). The problem was I couldn't speak to her for 30 mins because there were 4 people ahead of us in the queue, all complaining about the same issue! The receptionists response was abrupt and comical, telling us that there were no cleaners available and pretty much expected us to deal with it. Following this, I returned to the room and once again, tried to make the best out of a bad situation. Then the worst hotel experience I ever had took place... My son was sitting on a chair by the window, playing his iPad when suddenly the window detaches from the frame and LANDS on my sons leg, injuring him followed by crying and screaming. The window itself was large and heavy, however we were incredibly fortunate that the glass didn't smash, mainly because the curtain in front of it slowed its momentum as it fell. Whilst my wife attended to our son, I (perhaps stupidly) tried to re-attach the window to the frame due to the safety hazard that had now been created as it led directly onto the flat roof outside. It also meant that a huge draft was coming into the room. Despite my attempts, I was unable to re-secure the window and for the second time, made my way back to reception to complain (once again) and ask to be re-allocated to a different room. Il materasso e i cuscini K erano molto comodi. La camera era molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Cynthia della reception è stata molto accomodante per la mia richiesta ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è cordiale, cortese ed efficiente. Il parcheggio coperto con cancello è stato utile durante la tempesta e apprezzo che abbiano 3 carrelli per bagagli ben funzionanti a disposizione degli ospiti. Il Gateway Towne Center è raggiungibile a piedi, a 1 isolato da Best Buy, Marshalls, ecc.

Una stanza di cento plus dollari non ha nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua? Questo è ridicolo! Se guardate i loro prezzi, molto costoso! Non ho chiesto molto, un paio di bottiglia d'acqua è un must. It dos vale il prezzo chiesto.

La stanza è molto grande, la struttura è molto comoda, le strutture sono complete, e ci sono anche diversi pacco di caffè. La posizione dell'hotel non è lontana, molto tranquilla.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby. One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!

Sono andato in questo hotel per anni, perché ho una famiglia vicino. Questa volta ho trovato il ”aggiornamento” freddo e inamichevole. Quando ho cercato di usare il caffè pot che non è più una macchina di marca Keurig, ho trovato poco nel modo di istruzioni e il caffè ha scorreto la mia tazza nella tazza sottostante. Non c'era nessuna direzione stampata per niente, solo uno dei codici QR che sono utili per i senior come me che non usano un dispositivo intelligente. Le mutandine erano dure, piuttosto che firme. Non c'era un orologio nella stanza, lasciate solo un orologio d'allarme. La porta del doccia era difficile da aprire dall'interno. Il sedile bagno è molto basso. Credo che questa proprietà e forse tutta la catena hanno abbandonato la sua leale clientela Boomer a favore della panderia ai clienti più giovani. Noi Boomers siamo la generazione con denaro per spendere i viaggi di svago, e non dovremmo essere ignorati come questo hotel ha.
