Los Angeles: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Sono davvero felice di essere rimasto in questo hotel.. per la prima impressione di città cuz ho avuto un alto comfort e una splendida vista panoramica .Colazione è stata così buona! Alta raccomandazione 35 $ di commissione nascosta (come per la piscina ginnastica ect ) Deposito 150 Tassa, consiglio di pagare ulteriori dopo l'esame Ma Ma va bene, valeva tutto il valore.

We stayed at the Conrad LA last week & it is beautiful & well done; the design is modern & clean & we loved it. The food is good but ridiculously expensive; a hamburger was $24 & a small chocolate chip cookie with a tiny scoop of ice cream was also $24. I booked with AMEX FHR which comes with credits & those credits were not applied so I had to just call Hilton & put in a claim # & that took 30 minutes of my time which is frustrating. AmEX FRH gives a $60 breakfast credit however that does not cover a simple Omelet & coffee At San Laurel. We loved the hotel but annoyed when the invoice was not correct & the costs of the food were too high.

Magnífico Hotel en el Downtown de LA. Se puede caminar a todos sitios turísticos del Downtown. Muy buena ubicación en calle segura. Hotel de diseño con buena habitación organizada como un pequeño apartamento con su entrada, allí esta el armario y el mueble nevera. El baño está muy bien. La ducha es muy grande y los productos de Argan. No hay cepillo de dientes por poner pega. Terraza con piscina muy de diseño con buena música y buen ambiente, tranquilo y cool.  Restaurante principal muy bonito. La carta pequeña. Café Shop  para desayunar con productos sin gluten. En la terraza de la piscina también sirven pequeños platos y bebidas. Todo buena calidad y muy buen servicio.  Hay gimnasio y es pequeño pero completo. El personal es muy amable. Repetiría seguro. Magnifica relación calidad precio.

Overall our stay was average. Service ranged from exceptional to poor depending on who was working. We understand that mistakes happen and things are overlooked but it seemed to be not one but many things that were overlooked or not taken care of. From old torn towels, no slippers or extra pillow in closet (when we were told that is where they would be) to a broken bed/and or mattress that sagged in the middle. They were prompt in providing slippers and pillows, however, we inquired about a new mattress or room change and were told we would be moved when available. I assume nothing was ever available as we were not moved. They forgot or misplaced our breakfast order and we waited over 40 minutes while others came/ate —and left. There were a few exceptional employees and everyone was pleasant and appeared to want to satisfy but unfortunately a lack of sleep and all the little things did not add up to a pleasant stay. We will not return.

所在街區沒有安全感 非常小的大堂，不是國內麗思卡爾頓的概念，好像公寓大堂，沒有什麼服務，要水之類的服務都要打幾次電話才送來，感覺整個酒店沒有人在服務。

La peggiore esperienza di soggiorno durante questo viaggio negli Stati Uniti deve essere rivista. Ctrip lo ha spinto. Il risultato: c'è una chiara differenza nell'atteggiamento del servizio nei confronti degli ospiti cinesi e stranieri. Non c'era acqua, nessuna informazione sul drink di benvenuto/happy hour/nessuna presentazione di un hotel molto lussuoso, niente... le camere erano proprio così: moderne e moderne, con alcune forniture e biancheria da letto di lusso. Il lusso del viaggio: la cosa più lussuosa è il servizio, senza questo. Anche la posizione dell'hotel non è l'ideale. È vicino al Beverley Hills Center ed è un centro commerciale Gucci. Niente di speciale. Per andare alla leggendaria Sunset Strip e Beverly Hills, devi prendere una macchina. In breve: molto brutto. Non consigliato. Soprattutto sconsigliato agli amici cinesi. Questo è tutto: 2.500 RMB colazione esclusa oceano....hehehe

Returning to Calamigos for another stay was a bit like coming home. As soon as I was driving there I knew the way and check in was a breeze just like before. I did have some issues when booking my room initially and ended up with an estate room, but when I checked in, I discovered I had been upgraded to a double bungalow. The ranch had undergone a few changes since my last visit and most of the staff was new. There were a few familiar faces which was good to see. The staff took excellent care of me, especially Kurt, the concierge, Connor, the resort manager, and Daniel, the assistant front desk manager. Also all the valets were great, greeting me warmly when I returned and offering me water before I left. The double bungalow I got was spacious with two bedrooms and a massive bathroom. I did have a couple of issues with my room, but the staff was quick to address them or explain the issue (my bed stand somehow broke, not by me, which they fixed the next day after I did a temporary fix and the phones in my bungalow were out due to wildlife). I was able to get in touch with the staff whenever I needed through text and they always responded within a few minutes. I did use the spa again (see separate review) and finally took advantage of the hiking trail they have on the grounds (did make a suggestion about signage). I also used the pool area and was pleased with the prompt and constant service the staff provided. However, I also had a private patio where I could get a little sun in the afternoon just stepping outside. It was another amazing stay and I know if/when I return to Malibu, Calamigos is where I’ll be staying.

First of all, this hotel is not in Beverly Hills. Don’t expect it to be. False advertising in my opinion. Call it what it is: Westwood. Secondly, and more importantly, the hotel rooms smell horrible. They gave us a tour of five different rooms on different floors and they all smelled extremely bad. It seems like a combination of old carpet mixed with an ancient HVAC system. They try to pump in air freshener to cover up the smell, but that only makes it worse. I felt like I was going to have an asthma attack. The lobby looks inviting and updated. But the rooms are in poor shape and more importantly - the air is not clean or fresh. And don’t plan on mitigating with an open window as they don’t open. I honestly can’t figure out how this hotel is getting such good reviews. We had to get out of there as fast as possible. There’s no way I could’ve slept a night in that hotel. Kimpton should’ve made it up to us but drop the ball on that as well. Gives me little faith in staying in another Kimpton hotel in the future.

Tutto ciò che si aspetta da quattro stagioni e più. Super amichevole e professionale. Camere spaziose, pulite e ben attrezzate. Piatti superiori hanno una grande vista, con balcone anche. Mi piaceva l'acqua alluminata. Excelente ristorante italiano Culina. Il direttore David mi ha anche messo in mail per assicurarmi che risparmieranno il mio profilo preferito per i futuri soggiorni, molto impressionante, grazie! Quattro stagioni sono spesso la risposta quando combatto per trovare hotel che non compromessi con la posizione/vicinato e vista, questo è un altro esempio.

L'hotel è bellissimo e le strutture sono proprio quello che si aspetta con un hotel 5* (scienza, spa, bar, ristorante). Si sente come se l'hotel non «valesse» i suoi ospiti in questo dipartimento e si preoccupasse più dei suoi visitatori quotidiani. Mi sono deluso con una signora al di fuori del dipartimento (era una giovane donna asiatica o spagnola). Ha promesso un sconto del 50% con parcheggio (che è $71 al giorno) e subito ha avuto amnesia al checkout. Ha incontrato anche brutto e insopportabile. Il personale in camera da pranzo è brillante. Speciale grida a Wendy & Matthew che è andato sopra e oltre durante il mio soggiorno! Purtroppo, il letto si è bruciato forte di sudorazione quando siamo arrivati e questo è stato risolto immediatamente. Oltre a questo, i letti erano confortevoli, i balconi sono utili, ma potrebbero essere migliori in termini di vista e mobili. Pro e cons in tutto!
