La Mirage Inn - Hollywood

할리우드, 그리피스 천문대, 유니버셜 스튜디오, 파머스 마켓, 여러 박물관 등을 여행했는데 언급한 여행지들 중 가운데에 위치하고 있어서 리프트 비용을 많인 들이지 않고 이동할 수 있었습니다. 공항까지의 거리는 좀 있는 편입니다. 가격이 싼 만큼 호텔 방은 딱 침대와 짐 정도를 놓으면 좀 비좁았지만 여행 후 침대에서 쉬는데는 공간적으로 부족함을 느끼진 못했습니다. 따뜻한 물이 잘 안나오고 미지근한 물이 나오는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 걸어서 5분 정도의 거리에 큰 마트가 하나 있어서 간식거리를 사는데 유용했습니다. 방 안에 조리시설은 없지만 전자레인지와 냉장고는 있습니다. 전반적으로 낮은 가격과 지리적 이점으로 만족했던 숙소입니다.

Situation de l’hôtel proche du bord de mer , pas très loin du centre environ 20-30 minutes à pied. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours ! Personnel très pro. Juste un peu bruyant si les voisins ne respectent pas!

There were a lot of annoyances and inconveniences about this property. However, my main reason for giving a poor review is that I did not want to spend any time in the room. It was not relaxing, there was no attempt to make the room feel comfortable, and the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud. If you only need a bed for the night this place is borderline acceptable, but if you want to have a space to unwind and relax for an hour or two each day, this is not it. I would never stay here again.

Bad: No elevator. Small hotel, no real lobby. Looked much better on ******* than real life - upon arrival was disappointed, considering the prior reviews and hotel rating. Bathroom had negligible counter space. Area around property isn't good - homeless people a couple blocks away. $10/night parking and the parking lot needs repaving. Good: very clean room and corridors, attentive staff providing more pillows and towels.

Never stay in LA Mirage Inn again. They cheat and hold the deposit($120) for what we never make. We are one family who is parent with two kids. Stay two nights on 05/18/2024 and 05/19/2024 in LA Mirage Inn - Hollywood room #212. At 6:00AM on 05/20, we drop the two room keys through small window on front desk and check out without any staff there. But later on, LA Mirage Inn declares that one hole near to Air-Con is damaged by us, and holds the deposit. They provide the photo as the evidence. But two points we would like to say. First is that such obvious damaging is not there when we close door and leave. Second is that the cover of Air-Con in photo is closed. We are sure that the cover is open during our stay. We even doubt it is not Room #212 in photo. Talk to them several times after that, but it is negative. To show the whole story here. And reminder to have the confirmation together when check out.

I did a LOT of research on where to stay in LA. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The inn was fairly recently renovated, the rooms were clean, and the place was quiet and enforced quiet hours. The walls are a little thin, but that wasn’t really an issue. The area is safe and walkable. There is plenty of food maybe 2-3 blocks away, I recommend you check out the restaurant, Birds, so delish. Parking was affordable. Would def stay here again. My last comment is that this is an inn, it’s a decent place to stay. If you’re bougie, it’s probably not for you. It’s affordable, clean and safe; if that’s what you’re looking for, this is for you.
