Overall it’s a good stay considering the location but the unfriendliness of the staff ( especially the front desk team ) represents a backdrop!

The location is great. Because you can walk to the center of Hollywood. However, it is not easy to use for overseas tourists. Because the WiFi is slow.

The room was overpriced for the condition of the room and property. The wallpaper was peeling and bubbling off the walls. There was mold in the tile of the bathroom and around tub. Construction was happening at the property so much of the limited parking was taken by equipment. The mattress and bedding was cheaply made and very uncomfortable. The staff was accommodating for an early check in and it was conveniently located. Will definitely stay elsewhere on our next visit.

We couldn’t take a hot shower. Cold water for both nights. Called front desk to let him know the waters cold but he said there’s nothing he can do. If it was just my wife and I then so be it but it’s hard for a 5 year old kid.

I initially booked this, thinking it was the same hotel I stayed at previously. Sadly, it was not. That's not to say this trip wasn't enjoyable. It was fine. I just would have preferred the door to my room be inside a building, and not facing the parking lot. Simply means that I need to look at the photos better, then I would have realized this was a more of a motel. Live and learn. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They helped me find good places to eat, and provided extra towels when asked. The room itself wasn't anything special, nor did I expect it to be for the price. Though I will caution, make sure the outlets work when you turn off the lights. My first night, I plugged my phone charger into the wall and turned off the light switch, not realizing it also powered that particular outlet. So be careful. I was lucky that I didn't have an early morning appointment.

They were going through some renovations, the parking was confusing but the new exterior paint and the parking improvements should help. This is an older facility, well maintained and clean. Our room was adequate and reasonably priced.

I stayed in this hotel because of the 2024 X3 Expo at the Hollywood Palladium, which was minutes away from this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, were extremely kind, and they thoroughly answered all my questions and explained policies and procedures. The room I stayed in was great - spacious with a comfy bed, lots of towels and toiletries, a work station, good lighting, a fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. For the price, my stay here was an amazing value. By the way, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations - noise and fresh coats of paint are to be expected in the morning and afternoon hours. Thank you to the staff for making my time in Hollywood for the X3 Expo an unforgettable time that I'll always cherish.

We enjoyed our stay and how close everything we needed was. Staff was always so kind. The only thing that could be improved are the beds and pillows. They were our only complaint.
