worst pillows in the world, they are criminally understaffed, decent breakfast, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our suitcases up, good parking is included

The stay was very comfortable and staff was very friendly.The hotel is located in a central area with many restaurants close by and the Hollywood area,downtown LA are close to the place.Liked the breakfast options available daily. Only con was that the bathroom lock was not locking consistently and got stuck a few times.But they promptly fixed it the very next day so all in all, it was a very pleasant stay here for our family trip. Would definitely recommend this for a stay near DTLA/ Hollywood area.

$ 12 parking fee is not listed in "other hotel charges". Otherwise room was comfortable, beds good with fragrance free linen. Refrigerator off when we checked in. Had to ask housekeeper how to turn on. However, It did cool down quickly. Breakfast good.

This is a Terrif, affordable hotel in Silver Lake. There are a variety of restaurants and shops close by. Parking is a bonus in this busy area. While the cleaning, and cleanliness of the hallways, bathrooms, and the drapes are wonderful, the carpet is in need of replacement. Wear your slippers!
Oh, the included breakfast is marvelous with bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit, and coffee. Eat in the breakfast area or use the tray from your room to transport your food up to the room
