Hotel in zona Fallbrook Park, Los Angeles

Amazing stay at amazing prices. I was super satisfied about the customer service that Gerry DeGuzman provided. Gerry went above & beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. I appreciate Gerry and the entire team for your amazing services. I will make sure to always keep each others faith and love to its highest standards. Sono stato al centro espresso per circa 3 giorni ora e amo questo posto assolutamente. Non solo l'hotel è bello e pulito, ma il personale è sorprendente. Sono molto utile e semplicemente benvenuti. Sono qui con colazione ogni mattina. Le vibrazioni che si spostano da questo posto sono qualcosa che tutti cercano. La stanza è bella e grande e comoda. AMO i letti!!! 😍.

While there is a lot to recommend this new hotel, not everything is fully worked out. On the positive side, service by nearly all the staff was excellent. Being new, it has a modern fresh feel to it. Rooms are good size and well laid out Very important in LA, parking is free. It is in a residential area, very close to shopping and Porter Ranch. Housekeeping not yet been figured out. Even though it was just opened, they've reverted to the COVID habit of not making up rooms during the stay. With Marriott status, they may make up the room. During our stay, they made up the room twice and missed the third time. Also, a pile of dirty towels and a bag of trash was left in the hallway for more than 36 hours. Even after it was reported to the front desk on the first day. Notwithstanding, this hotel is still recommended.

This place is so sweet, so clean, feels prestige. Great area as well, only parking is expensive.

Bel hotel, ma molto adatti.

Tutto il personale che ho incontrato è stato molto amichevole. Il parcheggio è solo un valet, ma i valet sono sempre stati veloce a portare il mio veicolo (non ho mai aspettato più di cinque minuti anche quando erano occupati. La stanza era molto confortevole e tranquillo, che è il mio due mus in un hotel. La sicurezza era molto visibile che era confortante. Viaggio sempre con solo un passaggio, quindi ho sempre bisogno di fare lavanderia. La zona di lavanderia era molto pulita e costo solo $1.50 per carico. La colazione era il tuo tipico waffle, cereali, e la varietà di muffin, ma era libero, quindi non ci sono lamentele. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo. Non mi sono mai svegliato aghi come voi a volte in un letto diverso. La mia unica influenza era la testa del doccia (che sembra essere un standard a tutti i Hiltons che ho soggiornato). Non mette molto pressione sull'acqua, ma se siete li abbastanza a lungo, finirete puliti! Molto comodo luogo per passare la settimana.

We were shocked by the positive reviews for this hotel. We arrived late at night. When we got off the elevator, there was a huge pile of vomit on the floor. We went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The desk agent said that he knew about the vomit, but didn't have anyone to clean it. He said he had a photo of it on his phone and would let the cleaning crew know as soon as they arrived. We went back up to our room. The entire hallway on our floor stank from the vomit and a pervasive smoke odor (despite having reserved a nonsmoking room). Our room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and the edges of the shower had pink fungus growing in there, which suggested that it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks or months. The room stank of smoke. The beds were hard as a rock, the safe in the closet had no batteries, so it was unusable. The drains in both the shower and the sink were clogged. We were disgusted, but so tired from traveling that we decided to sleep and switch rooms in the morning. When we got up the next day, the pile of vomit was still in the hallway. We went down to the lobby to alert the front desk that the vomit had not been cleaned. A new desk agent was there and he said that he knew that the vomit was there but his janitorial crew had only been in for a few hours and hadn't been able to clean it yet. A FEW HOURS??? It would seem that vomit in a public space would be the very first important thing to clean when the staff arrived in the morning. The desk agent literally couldn't care less that there was a public health issue that had been sitting there, unattended to, for over 14 hours. All things being equal, we decided not to eat the included breakfast. If the hotel staff can't be trusted to keep public spaces clean, how could we trust that food had been handled properly? This was the most revolting hotel stay we've ever experienced and we've stayed in some pretty questionable accommodations in far flung locations. We contacted Holiday Inn about our experience and never heard a word back.

La zona si sentiva al sicuro, il personale era grande e la stanza era di valore, e l’unica cosa che mi piaceva era il bagno in una stanza di sostegno e le cose uscirono e si secchevano all’interno. Ho dovuto pulire il bacino due volte perché sembrava la stessa cosa dopo che il giorno dopo il servizio in camera è arrivato.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Gli amici che tornano in Cina per il test del doppio yin possono stare certi che arriveranno al luogo del test entro dieci minuti a piedi. Posso vedere il luogo del test nella mia stanza, il che è molto comodo. È anche molto vicino all'aeroporto, l'hotel dispone di un bus navetta, l'autista aiuta con i bagagli e il servizio è eccellente. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, molto tranquillo, pulito e igienico. Durante l'epidemia, i servizi di pulizia non saranno forniti. Questo è molto comprensibile. La prevenzione e la sicurezza delle epidemie sono la priorità assoluta. Puoi comunicare con il personale di servizio di sala se c'è qualcosa che manca nella stanza e il personale di servizio lo invierà alla stanza. In breve, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.
