Chi ha detto che l'hotel non è buono?E'molto buono. Il lobby notturno e il bar sono al 34e piano. La prossima volta scelgo di vivere qui. Il piccolo fratello della reception è molto buono. La zia pulita e igienica è molto bello e ha mangiato.

Il soggiorno è stato un disappunto. La piscina non è pronta e la stanza è spaventosa e piccola. La camera non ha un frigo e la notte era molto rumorosa a causa della vicinanza al ”deck party” del 8° piano. La colazione è stata cancellata, servivano il caffè davanti all'hotel, e ogni persona ha diritto ad un ”caffè/tea di base, pasticceria e articolo principale”. Per questo, il conto è risultato inferiore a USD45 per 2 persone, ma si prelevano usd75/pax!! Totale non vale la pena raccomandare e rivedere

Dato che l'hotel è situato in centro, non posso dire che l'ambiente sia molto buono, ma l'hotel era pulito e aveva prese di corrente in diversi punti, quindi ho soggiornato lì con quattro amici e non ho avuto problemi. La stanza non era molto grande, ma ho scelto una stanza con due letti a castello, così ogni persona poteva usare un letto, quindi ho dormito bene. Vorrei usarlo di nuovo.

La posizione è ottima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, ma è sconsigliato camminare da soli per strada dopo le 22:00. C'è un bar sul tetto vicino alla piscina dove puoi incontrare altri viaggiatori solitari. La stanza è pulita e igienica. Sebbene non venga fornita acqua in bottiglia, è possibile portare la propria bottiglia d'acqua e riempirla al distributore d'acqua nella dispensa al piano B del seminterrato. The hotel is right in the middle of DtLA it close to Grand Central Market which is a great place to get food.
The area surrounding the hotel is not all that but it close enough to venture out to Hollywood or even Beverly Hills or anywhere else you’d like to see.
But the hotel itself as very clean we stayed in a very big room. (Accessible room actually )

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars;
First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

RRICCADORAYI recently stayed at Fairfield Inn El Segundo. While I appreciated the convenience of the location and the heated swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing, I was disappointed with the room. It had a noticeable smoke smell, which detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

UUtente ospiteIl personale era molto amichevole e accogliente, ci permetteva di controllare un po' prima di quanto fosse normale, che era grande, perché abbiamo appena finito un volo di 14 ore e molto gettato/cantato. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate, molto pulite e pulite.
In generale non molto da lamentarsi. C'era un odore (pulizia/parfum/fiori?) che è menzionato in altre recensioni, tuttavia non abbiamo trovato questo disturbo in generale e ci siamo abituati. Avendo l'aria condizionata sembrava ridurre l'intensità.
Solo il punto di svantaggio è che è un po' lontano dalle aree turistiche (15-20mins da Uber) quindi se non ti importa, questo è un posto fantastico per stare.

Cynthia della reception è stata molto accomodante per la mia richiesta ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è cordiale, cortese ed efficiente. Il parcheggio coperto con cancello è stato utile durante la tempesta e apprezzo che abbiano 3 carrelli per bagagli ben funzionanti a disposizione degli ospiti. Il Gateway Towne Center è raggiungibile a piedi, a 1 isolato da Best Buy, Marshalls, ecc.

Non è male per un giorno o due finché incontri bene i coinquilini. Anche l'aria condizionata funziona bene. Gli asciugamani potevano essere noleggiati per $ 2, ma non erano puliti. Puoi conservare oggetti importanti chiudendoli con il tuo lucchetto negli armadietti che si trovano nella stanza in base al numero di persone.

Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :(
So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money.

L'ospite qui è molto amichevole ....we è arrivato 3 ore prima, quindi ci ha lasciato mettere le valigie in ufficio e ci ha dato alcune grandi idee alimentari ....so ci siamo mangiati pranzo e poi è andato in USS Iowa mooreed solo un chilometro di distanza ....WOW CHE È UN GRANDE TURNO DI SHIP ......Ben vale il prezzo .... ci ha preso circa 3 ore .......A LYFT un modo è inferiore a $10 o si può prendere il bus della città,,, ma l'attesa è circa 45 min ....Cab è appena oltre $ 10..........This luogo è così pulito e ben curato e sembra essere molto tranquillo .....Il quartiere è pieno di posti da mangiare ....I non credo che il quartiere sia a peggio,,,, Usa il senso comune come sempre e resta sulle strade principali e scommetto che sarai ok.

Ddown to earthHo fatto una prenotazione di ultimo minuto. Bene valgono il valore. Nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto di LAX e c'è una navetta gratuita da/a dall'aeroporto - non c'è bisogno di prenotare. Vai al berth giusto e aspetta. La stanza è ben progettata e grande per un buon sonno notturno prima di volare di nuovo la mattina prossima.La colazione era buona e molto apprezzata.

UUtente ospiteMost important: we got an excellent nights sleep. Second floor in the back of the hotel (rm 222). It was quiet and we found the bed excellent. Service was helpful, polite. And the Wifi worked reasonably well - no problems with that.
Also important is we booked the room for $84 (total) and in LA/Manhattan Beach area that is cheap. Walk in price was $109+tax. So all my suggestions are just ”future ideas” and I have no grounds to complain about anything since we slept really well there. And yes, we will be back again no future trips.
Things that could be better:
o ice maker ”out of service” - they had one unit and it was connected, would make whirring noise when pushing in the dispenser, but no ice. We used the in-room 'fridge to freeze some water bottles to keep our picnic things cool the next day.
o inner courtyard looks like a small prison yard: the former pool and hottub are covered with what looks like roofing material and the fence around the pool area is locked off. No plants is the main problem. This could be a gem of a garden. My advice is to visit estate sales and garage sales to buy all the *large* potted plants they can find cheap (or free).
o renovate the rooms a bit: e.g. rip out the old carpets and put in any (yes, even linoleum) floor that can be mopped - much cleaner, no place for fleas, bedbugs, or dust mites to live in. Wash the walls and paint where repairs have been made - simple things can make the room much more pleasant to be in.
o put a window screen on the back window - which essentially faces a wall. But it was good (quiet) ventilation since it wasn't facing the street.
o small grey mark on the pillow case and a stray hair on the bed - harmless stuff to us but other people might find more objectiionable. And some stains in the carpet that probably will never come out. Not a big deal.
