An excellent 2 night get away! Beautiful surrounding and hotel service is wonderful with good food, good add ons and remarkable baths in the hot springs! 10/10 Wonderful! 😍😃

Bags pack, in the lobby and calls, go out to get a Didi, then a taxi and finally a check for a bus and possible train. For our 1 1/2 hour drive from Guangzhou to Cloud Nine Hot springs ALL forms of travel had been cancelled. Disappointment and then anger was reached as an attempt to refund the trip or to possibly rebook a trip at a later date were both rejected. Ironically the covid case was in the hot springs area NOT Guangzhou but my friend and I were told tough for you and left losing $1000! HORRIBLE service and shameful behavior on both the booking company and the hotel to not rectify a situation that most certainly had nothing to do with us!!

Good for one time travel

環境好，服務也很好，酒店、温泉都是很不錯的，温泉很多不一樣的特色池，水上樂園也很有意思。特別表揚前台客服姐姐，有問題必定盡力解決，大門和大堂的服務員也是主動幫忙拿行李和遞送茶水，五星級服務，我們對這次温泉之行很滿意！

房間：房間給升級了7樓的帶陽台的雙池房，池子在洗手間裏面，一大一小，一個可以放温泉水，一家四口泡挺舒服的，陽台有掛衣服的架子，衞生間有潤膚乳，都比較貼心。 服務：服務也很到位，基本的需求都能被看到，進到酒店就有幾個茶水，送了果盤，主要幫忙拍合照，還幫忙看手機防水袋。 温泉區：小童遊玩水寨、泳池，還有各種温泉池子，室內的室外的山腳的山腰的還有山頂的，根本泡不完。 娃爸説：還會再去的。

酒店有些年代了，不過在以前應該是比較好的，現在也屬於美人遲暮吧，大堂恢宏大氣，有東南亞的風格，房間衞生還可以，吊扇燈和木條頂是一大特色，兩張大床睡得挺舒服的，前台給升級了帶泡池的房間，因為天氣熱，也沒去泡温泉了，窗對着山景，可惜下面的公路在施工，煞風景，下次住下有陽台的房間，享受一下南崑山的負離子。

酒店環境優美，客房服務很周到，服務人員很有禮貌，房間有免費飲料和水果，各個設施都非常的周到，温泉很有特色，有不同種類湯池水療SPA很令人放鬆，更衣室非常乾淨。有給每一位遊客準備熱毛巾，噴泉旁邊有免費的飲料。

雲頂温泉度假酒店來了很多次，每次都沒讓我失望，服務，衞生，房間也夠大，前台小姐姐態度很好，還給我們升級了一間陽台帶泡池的房間，我女兒一進房間就很喜歡，還馬上在紙上給酒店寫上五星好評，這個忘了拍照了。總體感覺不錯，這次來，發現酒店温泉裏增添了很多遊樂設施，小孩子超級喜歡，玩到不願意走。下次還會帶家人一起過來玩！

非常有特色的一個酒店，樓下就是温泉，非常便捷，服務態度特別好，服務員會主動開車門，遞毛巾，倒飲料，温泉裏面環境也特別好，山下山上都有，衞生也很好！
