This hotel have some weird rooms. There is a small platform inside the room. A coffee table plus 1 chair on the platform. Then no space to put my luggages. We travel to Europe for almost 1 month. We have 4 big luggages and 2 small luggages. I can only open one suitcase and no space to open the door or walk to the bathroom. . After an hour negotiation with Reception, the Front Desk Manager finally let us to have a bigger room. Anyway, we are happy to be staying at this hotel during my birthday trip. The reception offers me an access to the lounge because of my birthday stay in this hotel.

We spent five nights here in late November. Everything about our room had been clearly thought out with care and a good interior architect's eye. Great bed, cozy sitting niche, beautiful chinaware with the tea and coffee service, smart lighting. Of special note: the bath area's marble flooring is roughened slightly and slip proof. Smart and smart looking. The location puts you steps from the Marylebone, Soho, and Mayfair neighborhoods at the Bond Street tube stop that connects widely. The house staff were instantly responsive with requests. We would recommend the hotel highly and gladly stay there again.

Arrivando all'hotel il giorno, ho trovato la posizione dell'hotel molto conveniente, a soli 2 minuti dal centro di prova e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Bond Street. E c'è una grande scoperta è che c'è una strada da cibo 2 minuti dall'hotel e ci sono 30-40 ristoranti in diverse categorie per voi da scegliere. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, si può check-in in anticipo. La stanza è grande e confortevole, ci sono anche esigenze quotidiane. Il personale è anche molto bello. Sono molto soddisfatto. Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.
