Un bel hotel con un ottimo personale in una posizione fantastica. Il concierge era brillante, molto attento. Ha guardato gli ospiti in ogni momento, quasi come aveva fatto a soddisfare le vostre esigenze prima che sapessi cosa volevi! Il colazione era davvero bello. Mi ha tentato il colazione indiano, ma ho dovuto provare a parlare in inglese dopo aver letto le recensioni che menzionavano quanto era bello, non è stato deluso. Se avessi l'opportunità di rimanere di nuovo, avrei certamente il colazione indiano. La stanza era ben mantenuta, ogni piccolo dettaglio era pensato. La posizione è grande, proprio intorno al ponte della torre e una passeggiata facile alla stazione di Londra Bridge. Rimarremmo sicuramente di nuovo.

Si tratta di un hotel tipo appartamenti con servizio di pulizia ed è gestito da una società. Immagino che non ci siano molte altre scelte nel Regno Unito. Di storie su questo albergo ce ne sono tante, la stanza assegnatami all'inizio era al primo piano! Il deposito dei rifiuti e la ferrovia sono tutti nelle vicinanze.Ho comunicato con la reception e Ctrip per cambiare camera, ma poiché le camere erano piene nei fine settimana, la richiesta di cambio è stata respinta. Ma mi era stato promesso che domani avrei pulito una nuova stanza. Il servizio clienti Ctrip ha lavorato duramente per aiutarmi. Alla fine, sono stato cambiato in una nuova stanza al 7 ° piano. Sebbene sia lo stesso hotel, l'esperienza è estremamente diversa. No, è silenzioso e ha un buon isolamento acustico, è un appartamento con una bella vista, ha lavatrice, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. . La famiglia è molto felice di restare qui. We booked this hotel some time ago for New Years Eve and was quite surprised that there was nothing in place entertainment wise for such an occasion. However, we went along and were greeted by excellent reception staff who said that as our rooms were ready we could check in early. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean with bathrobes and slippers available and a lovely touch leaving brownies with strawberries on the side. We used the spa facilities adjacent to the hotel which were superb and we had a lovely time. We then went for drinks in the hotel bar before we headed out for lunch. The bar was a little disappointing as I think there were new members of staff who didn’t understand very good English so hotel guests were struggling to get drinks. I asked for wine and she had to bring the drinks menu over to me so I could point out what I wanted. A manager then came along who was excellent and was guiding her as to what to do. New staff obviously need to be trained so that’s not a problem in itself but, probably not best to do this on such a significant date as New Years Eve. The overall hotel stay was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you however, I agree with the reviews, the breakfast was terrible. Luke warm food, which didn’t seem to be particularly good quality, no milk on the table, couldn’t make some of the staff understand what we needed and had to repeatedly ask for everything. Coffee was poured for my husband and the coffee pot left on the table which was actually leaking and made a terrible mess. The quality and variety of the food was not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. We had a lovely New Years Eve but a tip for the hotel, staff need better training and your breakfast needs to massively improve as it is nowhere near where a 5 star hotels breakfast should be.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questo hotel durante tutto il mio viaggio nel Regno Unito. C'è anche una catena di negozi a Edimburgo. Il trilocale che abbiamo ordinato con vista lago laterale è di circa 110 mq. Ci sono due bagni, ma il radiatore del bagno sembra non essere acceso. Non abbiamo lavato i vestiti e non li abbiamo usati. È molto vicino alla stazione di Tower Hill. Questa stazione della metropolitana è molto comoda per andare ovunque, non è necessario effettuare trasferimenti lungo la strada. Tutto l'occorrente per la cucina è disponibile~~~ Per quanto riguarda i supermercati, c'è un grande supermercato sotto il Tower Bridge. Puoi scendere dalla metropolitana, andare lì a comprare qualcosa e poi tornare! Mio marito ha detto che ero bravo a prenotare il posto. Tutta la famiglia è molto soddisfatta. Per quanto riguarda la caparra, abbiamo versato una caparra di 300 sterline per cinque notti.

Loved our stay at the Andaz London. Wonderful top notch upgraded hotel with great staff. Our room was spacious with free mini bar. Lobby is eclectic and hotel is a fun overall experience. The Andaz is located above the Liverpool train station, despite its railway history the beautiful and significant modern upgrades are great, but really not apparent from the outside, the traditional red brick facade hasn’t changed much since 1800’s. The Eastway Brasserie restaurant for breakfast is a delight. The Andaz is within walking distance of cool pubs and cafes, vintage clothing boutiques and high end shopping, plus the eclectic art/shopping of Brick Lane. Lastly, the central Liverpool station and the new Elizabeth line are minutes away featuring fast access everywhere and direct LHR trains. You will enjoy this fun hotel and neighborhood.

The rooms are new and mostly clean as are the bathrooms. Somewhat out of London but by the river so good for walks and quiet area. The staff are lacklustre and one overly tattooed guy in particular is extremely rude and overbearing interrupting when asking a question to another staff member. He snapped at me twice when I wasn’t even talking to him and cut me off. Manager just shrugged it off. I feel like YHA is badly run with staff that does not receive any training or guidelines. No rules or standards are being enforced neither among staff nor guests and bad behaviour by some individuals is being utterly ignored which makes it an unfriendly and tense place. Rain is coming through the roof more than through the showers even though the building was recently updated. Radiators not working either, they said it will be repaired but it wasn’t. More signs that management is not up to their job will not be using again

Il moderno pub con camere attaccate che sono separate dal pub e forniscono privacy . Non gridano abbastanza su quale grande posizione è. Chiudi il ferro terrestre, e 1 fermo dalle connessioni tubo. Abbiamo raggiunto il O2 I circa 8 minuti. Le camere sono state aggiornate e sono moderne e pulite. Bagno grande ma piccolo. Forniscono un colazione a distanza, ma vergognano di non fornire un completo inglese.

Excelente opção para viajantes que querem gastar menos e em família ou grupo. Tudo limpo e bem organizado. É um flat com mini cozinha e calefação. Recomendo bastante. Tem ônibus confortável na porta. Metrô muito perto. Prefira o ônibus. Paga uma passagem e vai ao seu destino com segurança e conforto. Excelente atendimento da funcionária Ina. Tem uma cozinha comum também com fogão e coifa. Vizinho a um supermercado que funciona 24h.
