L'esperienza generale era sorprendente. È stato in grado di controllare prima perché il mio volo è arrivato a Londra in mattinata. Il personale era così bello e accogliente. Il buffet per colazione era perfetto, la stanza era spaziosa e la vista dal 17° piano era fantastica. Ho avuto torta e vino complimentari e l'ho amato... l'unica questione era l'ascensore. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole a St Giles, Londra. Hotel ben posizionato, vicino alla stazione di Tottenham Court Road, fermate dell'autobus, supermercati, negozi, ristoranti, teatri, ecc. Dall'aeroporto di Heathrow, abbiamo preso la linea Elizabeth fino alla stazione di Tottenham Court Road e l'hotel era a pochi passi di distanza. Anche il British Museum era nelle vicinanze. Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente. Dato che siamo arrivati piuttosto presto, Nikki ci ha aiutato a prenotare una stanza prima dell'orario di check-in ufficiale, in modo da poter riporre i bagagli e riposarci. I ragazzi della portineria sono stati fantastici, ci hanno dato consigli su come arrivare al meglio a destinazione. Il signore cinese, mi spiace, non ho capito il suo nome, mi ha anche aiutato con le prenotazioni sull'app Bolt! Abbiamo prenotato 2 nuove camere doppie. Sebbene fossero piccole, erano sufficienti per 2 persone in ciascuna stanza. Tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno erano disponibili e le camere venivano pulite accuratamente quando tornavamo dalle nostre visite turistiche. Non c'era l'aria condizionata nelle camere ma il tempo era fantastico, quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi. La colazione servita era ottima, con un'ampia varietà. Buona scelta per il nostro breve soggiorno a Londra.

Inizialmente ero preoccupato che il letto fosse troppo piccolo e la stanza fosse troppo piccola, ma in realtà erano migliori del previsto. La posizione è molto buona. La camera era bella e pulita. Un sacco di spazi per riporre le tue cose. Il personale era davvero gentile e umile. E la posizione era davvero comoda e molto vicina alla stazione di Paddington. Gli unici aspetti negativi erano il servizio in camera e la colazione. Siamo stati lì per 3 notti e non hanno nemmeno pulito la camera una volta, anche dopo averlo richiesto. Invece ci hanno dato un sacchetto della spazzatura per svuotare il nostro bidone della spazzatura, il che sembrava davvero strano. La colazione era tremendamente pessima. Per lo più abbiamo fatto colazione all'aperto anche se abbiamo pagato la colazione (inclusa nella prenotazione della camera). Ho sentito che possono migliorare la colazione per il prezzo che stiamo pagando. Anche gli hotel più economici offrono una vera colazione inglese.

Il peggior tipo di hotel in cui siamo mai stati. Nessun personale amichevole né servizio. Hanno addebitato il costo dei bagagli per la custodia prima del check-in e dopo il check-out e non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di trasportare i bagagli che avevano addebitato per essere tenuti nel magazzino. La camera d'albergo è troppo piccola e i nostri due bagagli non possono entrare correttamente. La doccia è troppo piccola perché un adulto di 150 libbre possa godersi la doccia. Questo hotel è logoro con personale non felice. I letti dell'hotel cigolano e l'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel è la posizione vicino alla stazione di Paddington. Si prega di trovare un altro hotel altrove.

La posizione è meravigliosa, a soli 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Earl's Court. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 3, abbiamo chiesto 2 chiavi ma abbiamo rifiutato. Dato che la reception chiude alle 8, le persone devono usare la chiave magnetica per entrare, nostra figlia usciva di notte mentre noi rimanevamo nella stanza, il problema era la stanza necessaria per inserire la chiave magnetica per attivare le luci. Ci sono volute quasi due ore per sdoganare il T3 di Londra e tutti hanno dovuto fare molte domande. Dopo aver lasciato la dogana, cerca la stazione della metropolitana e segui le indicazioni. Vai alla T 4 e prendi l'ascensore fino all'ultimo piano. Sul lato destro dell'ascensore c'è l'ingresso del corridoio dell'hotel. anche accanto ai pulsanti dell'ascensore). Seguitela a pochi minuti. La colazione inizia alle cinque, con la frutta, il che non è male. Puoi strisciare direttamente le carte di credito in valuta estera con chip sugli autobus e sulla metropolitana. Se non ti senti sicuro il primo giorno, dovresti prima acquistare un biglietto. Il giorno dopo ho strisciato la carta e mi è costata 4,75 sterline in totale dalla stazione di Padin alla Brunel University, due fermate di metro più un viaggio in autobus.

UUtente ospiteBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel. When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied. Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS. In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates. This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed. It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

One observation would be the mini bar… ludicrously expensive and sensor controlled! £4 for a Kit Kat, and from memory over £6 for a snack pot of Pringles, I totally get the “convenience“ but this in my mind let the stay down a bit. Do not remove anything from it even to look as you will be charged

IIanIl nostro normale hotel IHG è stato quasi interamente prenotato, quindi il prezzo è stato proibitivo, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare per la prima volta l'Hotel Sutton. L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, compresa la piscina, e anche se non abbiamo usato nessuna, eccetto il ristorante, tutto sembrava eccellente. La stanza standard della regina era ok, ma ci sono stati alcuni marchi e tinture sul tappeto, tazze di plastica nel bagno, nessuna scatola di tessuti e poche socche da inserire. È vero, tuttavia, che questo hotel ha un ristorante molto buono in vista che Epsom non fa, quindi non c'è dubbio che rimarremo qui in futuro.

UUtente ospite1. La tipologia di camera nel Dorset è buona, il letto è comodo e la stanza è più grande del previsto. 2. Il bagno è molto pulito e c'è un portasciugamani riscaldato a disposizione. Ma gli articoli da toeletta forniti non sono buoni e i miei capelli sembrano astringenti dopo il lavaggio. 3. C'è un addetto alla reception nella hall che parla cinese. 4. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata. 5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande. 6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

UUtente ospiteIl soggiorno è stato fantastico finché non ho scoperto che hanno preso soldi dalla mia banca per la colazione che non ho preso. Ho dichiarato al check-in che non volevo la colazione perché ero al lavoro presto il giorno seguente. Ho chiamato l'hotel per un rimborso, solo per sentirmi dire che dovevo inviare un'e-mail al manager e avrebbero controllato il CCTV per assicurarsi che non partecipassi alla colazione.

XXxxyjjLa seconda volta abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Il loro personale è davvero gentile. Tuttavia potrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nei tubi, quindi non c'era acqua calda per fare la doccia. Ad ogni modo, il loro personale ha prenotato una camera nell'hotel accanto a loro affinché gli ospiti potessero fare la doccia e hanno continuato a scusarsi.

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato questa volta prima del mio volo da Heathrow T5. Mi sono innamorato del carattere di questo hotel perché offre davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un po' datato, ma mi piace e il suo posizionamento è sorprendente per gli osservatori di aerei. Hai tutto il necessario e questa volta un paio di biscotti di pasta frolla in camera con la selezione di tè/caffè. Grazie Thistle, soprattutto Parik e Mechell e l'adorabile donna delle pulizie che è sempre fuori a spazzare le foglie cadute quando la vedo! Tornerò.

JJames BladesGreat stay, during the Christmas period. Short term booking notice was very convenient for me, easy check in and very comfortable suite. Felt like a home away from him. Pros: - Polite and happy to help staff - Right in the middle of Hammersmith, 5 minute walk from the station or the high street with shopping malls and a variety of shops - Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front - Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray - Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice - Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork, - Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels - Great mattresses for a perfect sleep - Large mirror and full sized desk in the room - Nice lighting and very atmospheric - Separate entrance to main hotel - Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient - Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems - French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature - It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager - Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice Cons: - Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward - My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept. - Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV - 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV - No toilet roll - Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together - Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case - TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on. I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.

UUtente ospiteA me piaceva davvero il soggiorno qui. Semplice, classica, hotel hub. Amazing central London location. Passi lontani dalla stazione di tubo, abbiamo visitato siti turistici nella zona. Grande per la nostra vacanza di fine settimana della città. I letti sono superbly comodi. Io viaggiavo solo ALOT per lavoro, quindi so cosa mi piace o no delle camere alberghiere. In questa occasione, viaggiavo con i miei tre bambini, e la mancanza di TV significava che non dormivano distratti. La mancanza di pavimenti in tappeti, di piastrelle decorative e di lettieri (che sospettavo raramente siano lavati in altri hotel) era perfetta, perché significava che non dovevo assicurarmi che i miei figli non toccavano alcuna tessuto impuro. Siamo stati fuori per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno. Quindi la mancanza di vista/ finestre, non era preoccupante. Nessuna opzione per colazione, ma abbiamo preso frutta per colazione da Tesco Express vicino. C'è un caffè e bar 24 ore vicino alla porta, anche questa è una buona opzione. Se sai cosa stai prenotando e cosa aspettarti, non sarai claustrofobica, invece sarai piacevolmente sorpresa. Il membro del gruppo di ricezione è la mia ragione per lasciare un recensione, però, ha comp'd il nostro bagaglio sinistro :) Spero che se la famiglia Zedwell vede questo lo apprezzeranno per la sua azione, perché ha guadagnato che tu ritorni ad un reddito adatto e extra, Come faccio a prenotare di nuovo per quanto pensiero e personalizzato il suo servizio è stato verso la mia famiglia, grazie.Ho sbagliato dove ho notato il suo nome, sceriffo?
