BoTree is one of the best I have stayed by far in London. You are greeted by the friendliest team from the guest relations to the concierge and even the bartenders. They all left me a lasting impression and I will be back definitely! Special shout out to Bam, the best guest relations officer I have met.
Thank you Marco and Simone from the concierge team as well. They are the best persons to go to if you need good suggestions to go in London.

Super posizione e accoglienza accogliente. Abbiamo una bevanda benvenuta in bella sala lobby. La stanza è favolosa, pulita e elegante. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante che ha un ottimo cibo. Si consiglierà e tornerà.

We visited London from Yorkshire to catch a few shows and enjoy a short stay in a quality hotel for 2 nights. It’s was a lovely hotel, very welcoming, reasonable in price in relation to the quality of the hotel.

Hotel receptionists are helpful and friendly. I only had unhappy experience with house-keeping staff. First time, I closed the door leaving the key inside, an young house keeper passed by, I politely asked for her help. She told me “contact reception” with impolite attitude, walk away immediately but I still can hear her mumbled “ it’s not my work”. Second time, I and my friend came to her room while the house keeper doing cleaning, we saw her put all stuffs ( coffee, tea, water bottle) in the Garbage bin and refill in the room. Is it a common practice in the hotel? Even though the coffee sachets, water bottle sealed, but garbage bin is used for garbage, not for those things.

大堂挺美，客房非常普通，前台態度友善但不專業和不熟悉流程，鑒於我的兩個訂單是分開的，他們第二天以為我沒有出現而罰款，前台員工不知道如何解決。不值得這個價錢，建議去東倫敦的 Curio Collection。
The lobby is beautiful however the guest rooms are very basic, the front desk is friendly but not professional and unfamiliar with the process. In view of the fact that my two orders are separate, they thought I didn't show up the next day and were fined, and the front desk staff didn't know how to solve it. It's not worth the price. It's recommended to go to Curio Collection in East London.

Go to the Beaumont with beautiful people, excellent dining at the Colony, afternoon tea is good as well. Grand bathroom with D.R. Harris shampoo to pamper yourself, remember to borrow the FT weekend for reading, it elevates your knowledge to great London.

La corrente è andata via tre volte in una notte. Dopo che è andata via la corrente, non sono riuscito a chiamare la reception dal telefono in camera. Sono andato nella hall al primo piano per cercare qualcuno, ma non c'era nessuno in servizio. Finalmente, ho trovato il numero di telefono su Ctrip e ho dovuto fare un sacco di tentativi per contattare qualcuno e risolvere il problema. Ho il sospetto che mi abbiano dato una stanza pessima. Il lavandino scarica molto lentamente e la maggior parte dell'acqua nel lavandino è calda, troppo calda per essere toccata con le mani. L'acqua calda e fredda del rubinetto della doccia è calda e fredda.
