A gem in the narrows of St. James The staff make you feel like family, not a room number. the service is most impeccable across the entire staff High Tea is outstanding and a much better value than the more heralded venues, with wonderful food and service in a charming atmosphere. I will highly recommend for all who value a smaller and intimate venue. The longstanding reputation of Dukes is well earned

The St. James is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel tucked into a quiet lane in the center of London. It is close to many of the major sightseeing destinations, wonderful restaurants and shopping, with top notch service. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bedding can't be beat. The on site restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast each morning, or you can order off the menu. Charming bar as well. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Truly a special place - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla fermata green park e da piccadilly. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più e la tranquillità e la quiete in quanto gli appartamenti erano molto silenzioso, soprattutto quelli che danno sul giardino interno. Il letto e il materasso erano davvero comodi. Personale alla reception gentile e accogliente. Purtroppo, penso per un problema di sicurezza non sono riuscita ad aprire la portafinestra che dava sul balcone. Unica nota negativa l ultimo giorno quando siamo rientrati per recuperare i bagagli lasciati in deposito, ho chiesto gentilmente una toilette prima di partire per l aeroporto e mi è stato risposto di andare nel bar di fronte perché loro non avevano un bagno disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Londra ci tornerò sicuramente.

Il personale è molto professionale e cortese e mi ha sempre accolto con un sorriso ogni giorno.Il bar e il ristorante sono stati fantastici e il menu a cena in camera offre molte opzioni deliziose! Era il mio 'casa lontana da casa' per un soggiorno di business 12-night e mi è piaciuto ogni minuto! Se il mio bilancio di viaggio permette, torno! Grazie!

Posizione davvero eccezionale per spostarsi ma piedi e ritrovarsi quasi tutto a pochi metri. E poi svegliarsi scendere ed essere a piccadilly circus non ha rivali😍 Le stanze sono piccole ma in fin dei conti si sta poco in stanza e comunque c’è tutto quello che ti serve. Ci hanno pure dato una multi presa perché non avevamo l’adattatore. Gentilissimi. Super consigliato

You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

Come viaggiatore di diamante elite con IHG, pensavo che le camere fossero date e potessi fare con un piccolo aggiornamento. cose semplici come gli estrattori USB, che sono abbastanza standard nella maggior parte degli hotel IHG, ecc. La nostra camera iniziale era al 5° piano e non ci era stato consigliato che l'A/C non funzionasse. Solo una nota per aggiungere - si può qui la linea del tubo se si è sui piani inferiori, quindi ricordatelo se si è un sonnoletto leggero.

Ho dovuto lasciare un giorno presto - non avrei ricevuto un rimborso (da trip.con o hotel) anche con la prova del volo precedentemente prenotato. E' stato deludente.

The Haymarket is not a grand hotel by any means, but that’s just fine by us. It is extremely comfortable, with excellent service, large, well-organized rooms (even in the lowest category), luxurious bathrooms with powerful showers, and wonderfully inviting common areas. The staff is always pleasant and seem to like working there. The location is ideal for us - easy access to the theatres, restaurants and shops of Soho and Mayfair, and to the Mall, Green and Hyde Parks for morning runs. Staying there is akin to visiting a friend who has eclectic and excellent decorating taste - and a wonderful 55 foot long swimming pool in the basement. Per our request, we were given the same room we had stayed in last July - and it was ready for us when we arrived at 1pm. Sadly the light we had enjoyed through the large windows during our last stay was obscured by painting scaffolding and nets - but I suppose one has to keep up appearances…After years of staying at the Berkeley and the Connaught, with occasional unfortunate forays to the Hotel Cafe Royal and the Stafford, we have found a London hotel that works for us; while expensive, it represents good value in the stratospherically priced market.

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere 3 giorni ospite del Cafe Royal hotel di Londra dove, grazie alle attenzioni dello staff intero ed in particolare della Dottssa Francesca Sartorello, siamo stati “presi per mano”, orientati verso i migliori ristoranti, accolti dall’arrivo in aeroporto ed in hotel, serviti a colazione (una delle migliori mai degustate), coccolati nella fantastica Spa con massaggi, saune e bagno in piscina. Le stanze pulite, con un arredamento caldo, confortevole e pratico, hanno dei letti comodissimi ed un bagno in marmo di Carrara da sogno. Insomma un posto dove tornare e da consigliare Insomma

Il Trafalgar St. James è un hotel meraviglioso, completo di eleganti interni, camere senza spot e letti incredibilmente comodi. Ho trovato il personale dell'hotel molto accogliente e utile, soprattutto il concierge Adrian, che mi ha aiutato a navigare un trucco trasferimento aeroportuale durante lo sciopero ferroviario quando le auto erano difficili da arrivare. Rimarrò qui, certamente, nel mio prossimo viaggio a Londra.
