Lavoro a Kingston, che non è lontano, e questo posto ha segnato le scatole per il prezzo, la posizione e il parcheggio gratuito. Il parcheggio è in retro, ma questo non sembra essere disponibile. Ho fatto un check-in veloce con le camere 1 e 2 sembravano sul pavimento. La mia camera era doppia e aveva un bellissimo letto confortevole. Era di qualche dimensione e ho dormito bene le notti, molto tranquillo, la stanza era pulita e aveva una decorazione contemporanea con un po'di vestiti, ma non mi piaceva nulla. Il tappeto complimentare è stato molto buono. Se sei lì in una domenica il bar si chiude presto a circa 2030h (a seconda dell'attività) e il cibo si conclude a 1900h. Non ci sono colazioni disponibili il lunedì o martedì quando sono chiuse. Questo è chiaro sulla prenotazione e nella stanza. Ci è un conservatore al retro e un piacevole giardino di birra con un servizio da tavola efficiente. Il giardino di birra nel sole è un bel posto per essere. L'ho amato. I did a surprise that (with service charge at 12.5%) a pint of dricked Birra Moretti was £ 7.03. There food looked really good and if you're a resident at hotel there's a discount I think of 15 or 20%. The Sunday roasts looked very impressive. In generale, rimarrei di nuovo. Un po' deluso non di colazione o di apertura finale domenica, ma questo è chiaro sulla prenotazione.

Booked this for a visit to Kew Gardens Xmas event. Location good for that. Impressive facade and reception and pleasant dining room for breakfast. Used car park at rear which was rather cramped. Room was a bit disappointing. Blind disabled to avoid view of adjacent building site so no natural light. Small and unable to open small wardrobe door fully as it hit the bed. Nice tea/coffee making facilities but limited coffee pods (no decaf even when requested). Bed comfy and all clean and pleasant. With a few tweaks could be 5star.

The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, but there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s advertised as such. A warning for less able clients - all the rooms are on the 1st / 2nd / 3rd floor and there isn’t a lift. If you can’t use stairs or lift a suitcase, here isn’t for you. The en-suite in our room wasn’t the cleanest. When we arrived, the bin hadn’t been replaced. There was also a really strong smell of urine every time we entered the room - even after housekeeping had been. The drain for the shower was very slow, so every time we showered, the tray filled with water. All that said, the service was lovely. The staff were helpful - especially the staff member who works the breakfast service. There was also another staff member on our last day who gave us travel information because there were no trains from Kew that day.

Albergo in ottima posizione in centro a Richmond. Pulizia buona, camere confortevoli, bollitore in stanza con caffè/the/latte. Personale molto gentile Un ringraziamento speciale a Mejte la ragazza alla reception, ragazza italiana che parla un ottimo inglese, è stata fondamentale per il mio soggiorno di una settimana perché mi ha aiutata con i trasporti nell’aria di Richmond, con l’organizzazione dei miei spostamenti a fine soggiorno, sempre tutto con molta gentilezza e il sorriso! Brava!!!! Grazie. Tornerò sicuramente in questo albergo.
