The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, but there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s advertised as such. A warning for less able clients - all the rooms are on the 1st / 2nd / 3rd floor and there isn’t a lift. If you can’t use stairs or lift a suitcase, here isn’t for you. The en-suite in our room wasn’t the cleanest. When we arrived, the bin hadn’t been replaced. There was also a really strong smell of urine every time we entered the room - even after housekeeping had been. The drain for the shower was very slow, so every time we showered, the tray filled with water. All that said, the service was lovely. The staff were helpful - especially the staff member who works the breakfast service. There was also another staff member on our last day who gave us travel information because there were no trains from Kew that day.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Room was clean was very warm but you can open window. Quiet room. Check in not overly friendly but got the job done. Parking managed to get a space £20 24 hours. Location great for town and train station. Ideal travelling to Wembley. Unfortunately the breakfast was not good. This is the second time we have stayed here both times had bad breakfast experience . Food was cold and not a lot left at 10.00 Would not eat breakfast there again.

Great hotel Friendly informative staff very helpful Ideal location for Twickenham We walked to ground which took just over an hour then caught 267 bus back Hotel room was very clean and had lovely large towels in bathroom The breakfast for a full English was £9.99 and there was plenty of choice with staff filling up food quickly and efficiently throughout the morning Limited spaces in car park but there is an alternative just down the hill Would recommend

Booked this for a visit to Kew Gardens Xmas event. Location good for that. Impressive facade and reception and pleasant dining room for breakfast. Used car park at rear which was rather cramped. Room was a bit disappointing. Blind disabled to avoid view of adjacent building site so no natural light. Small and unable to open small wardrobe door fully as it hit the bed. Nice tea/coffee making facilities but limited coffee pods (no decaf even when requested). Bed comfy and all clean and pleasant. With a few tweaks could be 5star.

Questo hotel è buono per la struttura, che è buono, soprattutto il ristorante che è nel lobby, è molto, delizioso. Ma una cosa è la posizione non è conveniente che se si ha bisogno di una stazione di treno che si ha bisogno di camminare 10-15mins, e se si va al centro della città di Londra circa 45 minuti, quindi il turismo deve concentrarsi su questo punto.

L'hotel è situato in bellissime aree la stanza era sorprendente con personale amichevole. Purtroppo c'è stato un evento che mi ha tenuto sveglio con musica alta che ho effettivamente controllato presto a causa di questo. Spa disponibili con un prezzo al di sopra del soggiorno.
