Hotel in zona Canary Wharf, Londra

Non è male/ho l'opportunità di tornarci in futuro.L'esperienza d'uso della camera con vista sul fiume non è male, le grandi finestre francesi sono soleggiate, il personale del servizio in camera è cordiale e alla mano

This was our first experience staying in a 5* hotel. We normally stay in a 4*. So, our expectations were high. The room didn't seem much different to one we would normally stay in. However , the spa and pool that we enjoyed, was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth going here for that experience. A lot of the things we wanted, we had to call reception , rather than have them in our room. E.g our morning tea, coffee. However, ice and bottled water were delivered to our room , without asking, at 5.30pm which was lovely. The guy on reception , morning of Friday 8th , sorry.... forget his name . although the last bit ended in ache. he was brilliant. Would definitely want to point out that he handled an issue with professional courtesy. He ended our stay on a high note.

The first thing is the location. Even though it’s a bit far from the Heathrow airport, approx 45 minutes away but the area,I.e.Canary Wharf is ideal for both- business executive as well as family fun & convenience. The Marriott property is perfectly managed by the staff and amenities are well maintained. However vegetation food options is very limited and a concern if you do not not want to use the well arranged kitchen. Otherwise a great stay

Anche se non siamo stati disabili, ci è stato dato un posto disabilito che era stato ovviamente appena riparato, il posto era eccellente, spazioso e ben progettato, non abbiamo mai dormito in un letto così grande, era più grande di quanto era lungo!

Hotel fantastico, molto utile per il personale cibo e bevande nella zona locale. Molto buoni punti notturni vicino e molto facile per arrivare al centro della città. L'hotel stesso le camere sono un piccolo per un paio di notti è buono come un paio di nostre notti non avevamo problemi e non sentivano davvero nulla la nostra camera era sopra guardare il fiume e vedere le cartucce del cielo ect. Se siete a Londra solo per il fine settimana questo hotel è un dovere di rimanere pianificati di restare qui presto.

La posizione della struttura era comodissima e vicina alla Custom House DLR, non riesco a credere quanto sia stato veloce andare dalla stazione all'hotel... il personale era gentile e cordiale, la camera era pulita e confortevole e, cosa più importante, è proprio di fronte ExCel London dove si stavano svolgendo le celebrazioni di Star Wars.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location within walking distance to the Westfield shopping centre. A great place to spend a day shopping and the food court is fantastic. There are a few decent pubs within walking distance of the hotel. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating. We did not like the first room that we were allocated. It was dark and dingy and had concrete blocks outside the windows for security. It also had one of the bathrooms with the see-through glass so anybody in the bedroom can see what you are doing. It was not a room that we could have spent a week in. Fortunately, we got re-allocated up to the seventh floor to a nice bright room with a great view and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast room had changed since we last stayed at the hotel about 7 years ago as there seemed to be a new development being built (DAO at the Dorsett) where the old restaurant used to be. The cooked breakfast was okay but the fried eggs were a bit rubbery and hardly ever runny. We tried the eggs benedict but the poached eggs were hit and miss. We finished the week off with pancakes with maple syrup which were delicious. All the staff at breakfast were very nice and the manager gave us a free waffle to share with fruit, cream and syrup on our last day. There were 2 ways of getting coffee at breakfast but neither were very good. There was a large metal coffee dispenser but the coffee was not hot and it was very bitter. There was also a coffee machine dispensing latte, cappuccino etc. but the coffee was cold. We ended up topping it up with hot water from the same machine which improved it a bit. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the room service. We kept our room very tidy so we thought that we would be looked after but not so. We had a couple of coffees on the day when we arrived at the hotel with brown sugar but this was never replenished so I had to get some from the breakfast room each morning. The coffee sachets were not always replenished in the room and sometimes we were just left with decaf. We did contact room service a couple of times to get some coffee brought up to our room as we figured that we were paying for it anyway. Also a few of the sachets were 2 years out of date. Good thing we took a jar of coffee and some Coffee Mate with us. On two of the days we did not receive our allocation of 2 bottles of water in the small fridge so we had to contact room service to get some. As the temperature outside was about 36 degrees we needed all the water we could get. On another day we only received one bath towel as the hotel policy is to replace all the towels every day so we had to contact room service again. At the end of our week we also ran out of toilet paper so we pinched some from a downstairs restroom. On one of our days we were woken at 7 a.m. by the fire alarm but it was a false alarm. The Elemis products in the bathroom are a welcome change from the bog standard stuff you get at some hotels. There is a Chinese restaurant connected to the hotel that offers 15% discount to guests but we didn't fancy the menu and it never looked very busy. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we next visit London (probably next year) as it is quite reasonably priced and the overall experience is good.

Non sono mai stato qui prima ed essendo abituale a Londra posso dirti che ho trovato un gioiello. Ok, iniziamo con il positivo. Un sacco di personale per aiutarti anche al momento del check-in, cosa molto rara al giorno d'oggi, normalmente sono i computer. Assolutamente immacolato e immacolato e profuma di fresco e pulito. Le pulizie mi hanno chiesto cosa volevo che facessero, il che era un bel tocco, quindi ho detto nient'altro ai bidoni e al letto. Il cibo è di altissima qualità e la colazione eccezionale. Il personale va ben oltre e niente è stato un problema e una vittoria vincente è sicuramente se guidi ha un parcheggio O ancora meglio la stazione della metropolitana di Russel Square è a 2 minuti di distanza è dietro l'hotel ed è sulla linea Piccadilly quindi 3 fermate il tuo principale le aree turistiche di Londra fanno 4 fermate nella terra dei teatri. Gli darei davvero 5 stelle ma gli ho dato 4 solo perché era rumoroso fino alle 23 circa. Forse è perché ero al primo piano se fossi al 5 o 6 potrebbe essere meglio, ma questa è la mia unica ragione per 4 stelle. Abbiamo dormito assolutamente bene senza problemi, ma potrebbe infastidire le persone esigenti. Sarà sicuramente il mio hotel che ha un prezzo equo per posizione, cibo e bevande e, naturalmente, collegamenti di trasporto. Ho già prenotato per utilizzare questo hotel a giugno quando andrò su Eurostar che ti dice quanto è bello. Credito dove sono dovuti i crediti.

La seconda volta, pensavo fossero quattro persone, perché la foto mostra due letti. Il soggiorno è stato solo per scoprire che c'erano sei persone. Cinque sorelle grandi vivevano nella stanza. La sera, c'era un po'di freddo. Ha colpito diversi ghiacci. Mi ha sorpreso abbastanza di tutti coloro che incontravano freddo in un periodo speciale. Ho fermato la transizione per una notte e ho fatto un bagno prima di partire.C'è un lavabo in sei camere, un lavabo può lavare i denti e la faccia, un bagno pubblico e un bagno fuori dalla porta, sono ancora peggiori di quelli in quattro bagni.Se non mi piace questo, puoi controllare la prenotazione e l'alloggio. Non ho detto molto in pubblico, ho già dato informazioni dettagliate e commenti prima.
