it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Avevo già soggiornato in questo albergo che è perfetto per raggiungere tanti posti a piedi e quindi in occasione dei 30 anni di mia figlia l'abbiamo scelto per fare tante attività nei paraggi a cominciare da un afternoon tea. Perfetto anche per vedere uno dei tanti musical in zona. Le stanze sono molto piccole, ma il letto è davvero comodo, il bagno ha una bella doccia e si può bere caffè e tè liberamente (una vera coccola quando la giornata diventa grigia e piovosa) Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Premier inn is a budget hotel brand, cheaper than almost anything half decent on *********** or **********. The new hub hotels are in prime locations and follow the recently trendy concept - very small but very functional and modern rooms (like CitizenM, Assembly, Z-Hotel). For 20-30% less you get a new clean modern room, good location, really good refundable/cancellable options and a window (!). The main drawback is that the lounge is uncomfortable and cheap and it's just not a place where you want to hang out (but you can if you have to), but then who cares if you're in the center of Covent Garden?

Prenoto a giugno volo più hotel per 3 notti. Arrivo la sera di venerdì 16/09. Mi dicono che non risulta loro il pagamento tramite last minute e mi obbligano a pagare nuovamente. Chiedo loro di darmi le chiavi della stanza essendo tarda sera per sistemarmi e cercare le ricevute. Mi negano questa possibilità e mi dicono che se avessi voluto la chiave della stanza, avrei dovuto ripagare l’intero soggiorno. Ad oggi, decorsi 8 giorni, nessuno si è degnato di rispondere alle mie numerose mail di sollecito con le quali ho invitato la fattura di pagamento dell’hotel che avevo effettuato già a giugno. Trattamento vergognoso! Andrò per vie legali.

Premetto che siamo stati anche in altri premier inn a Londra, ma al prima volta in questo di Covent Garden. Abbiamo pagato una cifra esorbitante per 3 notti consapevoli comunque della ottima posizione. Eravamo anche preparati alla camera senza finestra, nonostante il prezzo però sentire persone(molte)che hanno pagato come noi, consapevoli delle mancanze di finestre al momento della prenotazione,che si lamentavano che non avevano la finestra e che sono state accontentate nel cambio di camera senza sovrapprezzo non è corretto. Inoltre se si vuole che la cameriera rifaccia la camera e cambi gli asciugamani ogni mattina devi avvisare la reception. Ripeto con quello che abbiamo pagato doveva essere il minimo anche perché le camere sono anche piccole. Non avendo capito che bisognava “prenotare” la pulizia della camera (si prenota la stessa mattina, nemmeno la sera prima) una sera abbiamo chiesto almeno asciugamani puliti per farci una doccia e poi riuscire per sfruttare la serata, bè ce li hanno portati un’ora più tardi circa dopo il secondo sollecito. Mi dispiace perché la posizione è ottima però ci sono dei disservizi davvero importanti.

Perfect location for anyone wanting to explore central London and go to the theatre being two minutes walk from Trafalgar Square on the edge of Covent Garden. Within walking distance of most theatres as well as Leicester Square, Regents Street, the South Bank, National Gallery etc

On arrival at the hotel we was slightly unsure what to expect giving we had a frosty woman check us in and it took 25 minutes in total to check 3 people. Once checked in though things where great bed was comfy room quiet ( no hot water for a shower before bed ) but I was to shattered to go 4 flights down and by morning there was hot water). The TV smart mirror system can be confusing so in reality it’s a normal tv with the option of attaching your mobile device. Breakfast was really good at £6 each. The rooms are showing signs of ageing however this would not stop you enjoying the delights of premier inn hub. In fact I would go as far to say it would be nice to see more PI Hubs at more locations rather the just in city centre locations, especially if they lowered the price for them

We booked the hub as we simply needed a functional, cheap room for the night in London. Our expectations were met with a clean, functional room with a comfy bed. Our expectations were superseded as Alina heard it was our 25th wedding anniversary and left a card, chocolates and prosecco in our room. It was a lovely gesture that some luxury hotels would not do. The little things go a long way. Highly recommended hotel, in the heart of London.

Positive - great location and free tea and coffee Negatives - tiny room, bed very high, mattress did not reach the edges of the bed, so exposed to sharp edges, no natural light I’ve been in larger lifts! Won’t stay again, will stay in a ‘proper’ Premier Inn
