Very charming hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and the minibar was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very professional and kind!

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice aesthetics. Hotel is cute and in a great location. Daily room service didn’t seem to happen until 5pm, at which time they knocked and asked if we needed towels. We found this very odd to go out all day and arrive back to the room, and find the room had not been serviced. The service staff were all very polite and in the evening a nice touch was that cookies were delivered to the room. It felt safe and clean. You should note you have to return the key to reception each day and this not ideal security wise (for some). Also you can walk in via the stairs, bypass reception, and access the rooms directly (this feels a little less secure).

Our stay was part of a special birthday gift for my wife! On arrival, the hotel had upgraded us to a premier room and a complimentary drink.
The staff were excellent! The location was where we wanted to belts of dining choice and near the various theatres.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I must say it's a fabulous little hotel.
All the staff are very friendly and there are lots of little touches which make a big difference, I don't think I have any recommendations for improvements.

Stunning boutique hotel in the best location. The staff are what adds to this really magical experience. One of the nicest stays I’ve had in any place worldwide.
