Earls Court West Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments

Small standard room review: If it wasn't for the lack of air conditioning and having a room at the top of the building with no elevator and 8 flights of stairs, I would have given this a better rating. AGAIN, 8 flights of stairs to get to flat (room) 25 (very top of the building). The staff were very quick in responding to my messages and were not able to accommodate us on a room on a lower level as it was sold out. I suggest they purchase larger fans or invest in air conditioning systems as the top level rooms do not circulate air properly with the small fan provided (although it was summer, in the evening it was chilly outside but the room itself was hot). The bed was comfortable for 2; the shower had great pressure and everything worked fine but it did get quite hot in the bathroom. The kitchenette was great to have as it has a refrigerator, sink, dishes and cookware, cups and glasses & expresso machine and tea kettle. The room even had an ironing board & hair dryer which was another plus. The location of the building was very close to public transport and had a lot of restaurants, shops, market in the area. They also have laundry machines in the very bottom floor which I asked and it takes change only. I did not use it but if needed they have it there.

Great place to stay in central London Stayed here for a couple of nights with my grandaughter who is 5. Can’t find a single fault with this place. The most important thing for me is that the place is clean and this place was spotless. Has absolutely everything you might need for a short stay, iron, kettle, pod coffee machine, complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Bed was really comfy and everything seemed brand new. I had a bit of trouble getting in the front door (my own fault) but luckily the owner just happened to be passing by and helped me get inside and then fetched someone to carry my case upstairs which was super nice of him. The only issue I can see anyone having is the size of the room cz it is quite compact but if you’re just using it as a place to sleep you can’t go wrong. It’s a few minutes away from the tube station and lots of shops including a co op that stays open till midnight and also McDonald’s, costa, Nero etc. the shower was nice and powerful. There is a hob with 2 rings but no oven or grill so bare this in mind if your planning on cooking. Would defo recommend

Great stay and location with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Cool quiet neighborhood. Room just needs more air conditioning or bigger fan on hot days.

Modern, clean Clean, modern, good location and facilities. Weather was warm in London - no air con but they did provide a fan which was appreciated. I was at the back of the building which meant some noise from the tube trains at Earls Court station, but sound proofing was pretty good.
