Lati positivi: - posizione eccellente per Paddington - Recentemente rinnovato - buon prezzo - Macchina Nespresso in camera - Il personale era adorabile - perfettamente pulito Lato negativo: - La porta del bagno aveva i cardini rotti o si impigliava in qualcosa perché faceva rumore come un tumulo che inchioda un tabellone delle chiamate quando viene aperto o chiuso. Non è l'ideale quando l'altra persona va in bagno nel cuore della notte: la stanza era molto calda e la finestra si apriva appena. Quando è stata aperta è stato un gioco di fortuna e fisica riuscire a farla bilanciare in modo che rimanesse aperta - a causa dei problemi con la finestra, abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata - che poi ha continuato a emettere segnali acustici incessantemente. Quando abbiamo menzionato questo al momento del pagamento, ci è stato detto che era rotto in tutte le stanze e avremmo dovuto dirci di non usarlo. È un peccato che per un posto rinnovato di recente ci siano così tanti piccoli ma molto irritanti problemi.

Questo è un bell'albergo ma non ho avuto la sensazione di quanto piccola fosse la stanza. Una coppia con due valigie era troppo stretta. Nessuna sedia su cui sedersi. Detto questo, se viaggi con meno bagagli o prendi una stanza più grande della doppia, il personale è pulito, silenzioso e disponibile. Anche il letto era buono. Comodo per Paddington.

property was conveniently located at Paddington station which made travel super easy. No room service was included in the price, but you could get clean towels, & supplies as needed at no extra cost. They told me I could get clean sheets too if I wanted, but I'd need to put them on. Bed was very firm and pillows flat - would have been more enjoyable with a bed topper and fluffier pillows.

I enjoyed my stay here. The only issue was the room was very hot the heating air conditioning unit was not functioning. Also the refrigerator was not working. The hotel did make an attempt to fix the refrigerator but it still failed to work. Room was extremely small but I had expect this when I booked the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location is central and very easy to go everywhere in London. The property is very well kept. Newly renovated rooms with plenty of storage and modern facilities

Cannot say enough good. The whole stay at Sonder was so pleasant. Everything was nice and neat and the staff was very very welcoming and friendly and helpful. This location is right by the Paddington station, so accessing the tube and city center couldn’t be easier. Also great bars and cafes right around the corner. Proximity to Hyde Park is a huge bonus too. Can’t recommend enough!

I was put in L03- lower ground. One window looked out to a narrow shaft with air con unit directly outside the window...so basically a fancy cave in the basement. - This meant nearly no natural daylight. - What's worse is there was no light switch inside the door. You had to enter in essentially pitch black, walk 10 feet in the room, fumble around a corner then shuffle down beside the bed and turn the light on the bedside light switch. That is a poor oversight. - The (seemingly new) coffee machine refused to work. - The kettle power lead was too short to actually reach the wall socket next to the table. You have to take the whole drawer unit/kettle combo and put it on the floor. Again, an oversight. It also meant the power socket has worked loose likely from other people trying to stretch it to get it to reach. - The door lock lost my code after 2 nights and wouldn't unlock either via code.or the app key. I had to report this to reception and then chase them a second time to get it fixed. Wouldn't stay again.

The room was perhaps the smallest I have ever stayed and in. But clean and modern, with air conditioning and many channels on the TV. In a good location only a few blocks from Paddington Station. On a quiet street also.
