La posizione è perfetta, praticamente ad Hyde park, fermate degli autobus e della metro vicinissime, in poche fermate si raggiunge il centro. La stanza potrebbe essere migliorata soprattutto il bagno minuscolo. si potrebbe variare la colazione, se si soggiorna per più giorni resta sempre la stessa sia nella variante dolce che in quella salata

Buon hotel a tre stelle pulito, posizione centrale ad una fermata dalla centralissima Oxford street, e difronte ad Hyde park. La colazione è abbondante.

La posizione dell'hotel è vicino alle stazioni di Queensway e Bayswater di 2 diverse linee della metropolitana che raggiungono facilmente altri quartieri. A soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Paddington, senza gradini sul sentiero

Buono ma abbastanza lontano dalla stazione. L'addetto alla reception è molto disponibile ma può impiegare molto tempo quando l'hotel si dà da fare. Consentono di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e ci sono servizi di taxi se necessario

La stanza con il prezzo preferenziale è probabilmente al piano seminterrato.La stanza ha una finestra ma non può essere aperta.La stanza è molto ermetica.Ci sono molti insetti morti sul davanzale. Gli amici che vogliono vivere in una stanza più confortevole possono prendere in considerazione la più costosa stanza al piano di sopra. Non c'è dentifricio, spazzolino, ciabattine e bollitore in camera, è necessario prepararsi da soli, l'asciugacapelli è molto piccolo ed è difficile per le ragazze asciugarsi i capelli. Il vantaggio è che l'hotel ha una posizione comoda ed è molto vicino a Hyde Park, ha un buon ambiente ed è anche molto vicino al quartiere degli affari per lo shopping.

Exceptional location. I felt very safe and at home at all times. Good staff and I have to say the Lao at ion is perfect. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend it for families.

Front of house staff very pleasant and helpful dealing with first issue of door to allocated room being jammed by internal lock. Revised room adequate for one night stay, bathroom very small and staff failed to advise room was directly above laundry room where driers were operating from 1am onwards. Totally unacceptable sleep disturbing noise in otherwise quiet location. Did not sample food or other services Convenient location for access to Kensington Gardens and walking distance to Paddington station

Really close to hyde park. U can go to the town with train or bus. Just walk 5 min to get both of it. Room is a small

Lancaster Gate Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have been there multiple times on my own , visiting from USA, and also with my husband last week. The hotel is lovely, very clean, very welcoming, very helpful staff , lovely rooms and a great English breakfast buffet every morning. It is a pleasure to be in this hotel, I love it. It is also in a safe area with easy access to 2 tube stops and an easy walk to Hyde Park for an early morning stroll. They will also take your luggage in and store it if you get in early in the morning, and even look after it for a couple of days if you are going up north to visit relatives for a few days. This is by far the best hotel I have found and highly recommend it , it's perfect !! Thank you for making our London trip so pleasant. Looking forward to my next trip.

Lancaster Gate Hotel was exactly what we needed - great location, comfortable bed, quiet and safe area. Breakfast was good,quite basic, but nothing to complain about. It got very busy, but we managed to get a table quickly. The only thing to note is that soundproofing in the room is not the best, we could hear our neighbours quite clearly through the walls / ceiling. It didn’t bother us and we enjoyed our stay. Overall, amazing value for money, we would come back!

Good location near tube. This hotel is spotless and this is very important for me. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the room was very cold, it was very cold weather for March but no heating in the room, only the bathroom. There was a new cashier system in place and the staff were struggling to get used to it, very long wait for drinks etc because of this. This is my second time staying here. It is a good base for London. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was in a very nice location with full of busses to gi wherever you want. They cleaned my room every day. I am very satisfied. I will recommend it

A bathtub! Lovely old hotel with a nice view and very accessible to some important sights to see in London
