The washing machine is not very clean! Some strange smell in it~ but the kitchen set is perfect!

Bellissima esperienza, essendo 4 adulti e due bambini abbiamo preso un appartamento con due stanze e il divano letto in salone, cucina fornita di tutto (anche forno a microonde) e due bagni. Tutto pulito e ben organizzato. Personale alla reception molto cortese e un paio di persone parlando abbastanza bene l’italiano. Canary Wharf non offre tantissimo ma è un bellissimo quartiere moderno con metro muove vicine all’hotel. Da ritornarci!

1) Quiet location: challenging to find if u walk fr Canary Wharf Train station Google map not so on point but we had he help of a police officer and a very nice lad 2) Short-cuts: short cuts are available to and from the train station - need to navigate and if managed to find, can zip around without being exposed to the cold 3) Scenery: Nice scenery.. basically hear the sound of birds only. 4) Basic amenities: Has everything you need except oral care products. The brands supplied are good names such as L’occitane and Bosch etc. 5) Bathroom: bathtub bathing. Tub seems smaller than usual.

Clean apartments, rooms amenities all working fine. When I checked out in the morning 7am the staff did not know how to handle a refund for the two extra nights I paid for. (I have already made an early cancellation for those two nights a week earlier) The staff said he had to wait for the manager to come back at 9am and do the refund as well as send me the final receipt through email. However, it has been 5 days and I haven't received the email and the refund. A little bit disappointing as this was not handled promptly, a query sent to them two days ago was also not being addressed therefore I have to put it here.

A jam of a spot - tucked a few minutes from the financial area, the property is charming in a very quite area - simply outstanding. There is free premium coffee and tea in the lobby and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The view from the room is fantastic ...even had a nice balcony. I would stay again and again.
