The Chelsea Townhouse

Wonderful stay with a work colleague whilst attending an awards evening in London. The Rooms are well equipped with everything you might need including a full range of toiletries, the fluffiest bathrobes and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The hotel staff were incredible welcoming even when we came back to the hotel in the early hours. Breakfast is served in a room overlooking the garden, I ate homemade granola followed by eggs served with chorizo and spinach all delicious. Highly recommend.

Ok we we spend most weekends in Chelsea and happy to spend time and money to be there with our friends and family We stayed at Chelsea’s townhouse and for a £600 a night room was totally disgusted Our stay was on 14th feb 2025 and my partner proposed to me in our fav restaurant Daphnes and the only down fall was spending it at this hotel Believe me this was so sad to experience, our shower couldn’t even pump the water it took my partner 30 mins to wash the spit spray to wash his bubbles off so I actually opted out to even shower which is horrible We then ordered two times scrambled eggs and toast with two teas to come down to reception to be charged £100 for this ( £70 for breakfast extra % for tray service extra for % Room service then discretionary service To be honest I would rather get a black cab home then waist over £700 to stay in this hotel again … we are regular visitors at 11 Cardigan gardens which is there sister hotel and they are amazing and look after their customers Can I also say that we forgot our toothpaste so requested for housekeeping to bring some to our room and they opened our door with out knocking whilst my partner was in the shower and I was naked doing my make up which was beyond wrong and slightly weird thank god I jumped up and covered myself … BAD ALL AROUND ! I have never left a bad review but ….. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AS TOTAL CRAP AND EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH A SPECIAL NIGHT …was ruined by there terrible all around service

The level of service and comfort provided at The Chelsea Townhouse is second to none. We stayed for one night at the end of December 2024 while attending an event in Sloane Square. The service shown by all members of staff was deiligtful, our room was extremely well appointed and luxurious. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the garden room was sumptuous and was served beautfully. We both found it difficult to leave the hotel in the morning and will defintely be returning very soon.

Very nice charming hotel, in an excellent location. The suite was spacious and well furnished. The staff were kind, discreet and efficient. In particular, thanks to Christian, very efficient and helpful as well as very friendly. Beautiful experience

Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Located in a very charming neighborhood- lots of local shops and restaurants. The afternoon tea and cake was a lovely treat as well. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back in the future!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The welcome and warmth of every member of staff was exemplary, and the level of comfort was truly 5 star. My bedroom was beautiful clean and well presented. Breakfast in the morning was just fantastic served by a very professional and friendly team member. It is a must when you need to stay in London !!
