Struttura ubicata in una posizione eccezionale vicino alla stazione di Victoria Station. Pulizia Ottima. Unico inconveniente è stata che c'hanno dato la camera all'ultimo piano sotto tetto, senza ascensore, ed era estremamente piccola.

Dalle foto sembrava un hotel decente, la posizione buona. In realtà le camere sono piccolissime e tutt’altro che deluxe. Se soffrite di claustrofobia lasciate perdere. Innanzitutto non c’è ascensore per cui se avete valigie pesanti può diventare molto difficoltoso, le scale sono ripide e strette. La sporcizia regna sovrana, due dita di polvere ovunque, ma soprattutto macchie sui tappeti, e su lenzuoli, asciugamani e federe lavati male, sporchi e poco morbidi. Su due stanze una era un incubo, fra due piani, bagno da lillipuziani, porta del bagno scorrevole rotta, riscaldamento non funzionante. Cambiata il giorno dopo a seguito di nostra arrabbiatura. L’altra piccola e sporca ma meno peggio, sempre sporca, lavandino intasato e, nonostante le richieste, mai aggiustato. Le cassaforti non funzionavano ma, nonostante le proteste, mai sistemate. Asciugacapelli mal funzionanti. La colazione è solo dalle 7,30 per cui se avete un volo presto, niente da fare. Consiste in qualche salume e formaggi, cereali, succhi, banane, qualche dolcetto, panini tondi e, solo a richiesta, una fetta di pane tostato. C’è qualche confezione di burro, marmellata e nutella. Nell’albergo non esiste nessun servizio extra e il personale o non c’è o se c’è è come se non ci fosse. Ho provato molti alberghi a Londra, ma questo è il peggiore. Peccato.

Partendo dal fatto che abbiamo soggiornato li due notti in una tripla e che la spesa è stata di 208 euro l’albergo è nella media la camera si presenta bene . Le pulizie del bagno sono sicuramente da migliorare abbiamo trovato degli asciugamani macchiati e dei capelli nella doccia . La colazione è molto semplice due tipologie di affettati del formaggio , qualche frutto e dello yogurt. Dalla macchinetta si può prendere delle bevande calde e a richiesta fanno del pane tostato. La parte dei dolci è composta da una piccola vetrina con qualche brioches vuota e qualche tartelletta alla marmellata . Ribadisco che per il prezzo pagato da tre adulti tutto rimane adeguato .

Hotel piccolo ma con bagni belli spaziosi, pulito ed in ottima posizione rispetto alla Victoria station. Pulizia camere quotidiana. Unica pecca ma passabile, lo staff della reception non è molto disponibile: appena arrivate ci hanno chiesto il saldo e siccome a loro non andava il pos, ci hanno fatto pressione per pagare in contanti il prima possibile

Hotel piccolo, ben curato e pulito. Situato in una strada tranquilla e adatta a visitare a piedi la maggior parte dei quartieri di Londra: a 15 minuti da Victoria station, meno dalla bus station; la zona di Buckingham Palace; a 25 min da Westminster abbey e Big Ben; a 1km ca da Chelsea bridge che porta a Battersea park/Power station. Camera di dimensioni standard per Londra, con armadio, cassaforte e aria condizionata. Bagno con dispenser sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Essendo al primo piano, nel nostro caso, presente una porta finestra. Avremmo dovuto cambiare alloggio dal momento che avevamo aggiunto una notte successivamente ma ci è stata data la possibilità di tenere la stessa camera. Magari aggiungere un minifrigo e dare qualche informazione in più al check-in. Personale disponibile e gentile. Comodissimo il deposito bagagli gratuito. Super consigliato!

Zona ottima: a pochi metri da Victoria Station e, pertanto, arrivando dall'aeroporto è super comodo se si arriva con il treno. Non è necessario prendere ulteriori mezzi perché in hotel ci si arriva a piedi. Zona tranquilla, residenziale e non rumorosa. Stanza PULITISSIMA e, mi spiace dirlo, per un hotel londinese non è proprio così scontato. Camere molto belle, con arredo e colori molto gradevoli. Tra l'altro l'hotel è appena stato ristrutturato e, quindi, è pazzesco! Letto super comodo. Siamo stati sfortunati con il riscaldamento, ma ci hanno fornito una stufetta per rimediare. Staff disponibile con reception H24. Ringrazio Mr Harsh per la sua cordialità.

Arrived with our daughter and son in law. They checked in and were given a room on the first floor. My husband and I who are almost 80 were given a room on the third floor. Not the best idea. There was a young man who took our cases up to the room for us. If we had known ahead there was no lift,we would have picked a different hotel. We were given only one key per room. We asked for a second key, and were told no. We got up to our room, and it was the smallest room ever. We had two suitcases and hand luggage. No where to put them. We couldn’t lock the safe, so our daughter went down to the front desk. They gave her a key. That still didn’t work, so she went down to the front desk again. They said they would send someone to fix it. We are still waiting. The only mirror in the bathroom was above the toilet. It was a challenge for my husband to shave straddling the toilet and not having 20/20vision. The bathroom was so small you had to reverse onto the toilet. Our son in law asked if they had an umbrella he could borrow. He was asked to leave a ten pound deposit. There was no phone or clock in the room. I have to say the place was spotless and clean and had a working kettle with tea, coffee, cream and sugar.

Very good location. Nice sized room and bathroom, taking into consideration it is in London. Newly reformed! However, 1st no lift we had to go up 6 or 7 flights of stairs. We got in the room with no electricity. Then I put the kettle on it was leaking. I had to ask for another one. The sink was kinda blocked. The water didn’t drain. There are no tea spoons in the room, no hangers. The phone was not working. The cleaner forgot a bottle of water in the room. They need to improve accommodation management.

Came here for a business stay. Mrs Patel on the front desk was SO RUDE! The most unhelpful receptionist I have ever come across. Difficult to speak to and to understand. Unable to help at all. Avoid at all costs. No manager on site so there was no one of authority to speak with.

Great hotel. We stayed 3 nights over the Easter holidays in a quad room. Lovely peaceful, safe area. Great location for getting to Victoria Station, the hop on hop off bus stops, restaurants, and bars or for walking to some attractions such as Buckingham Palace or Harrods. The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless, the maid cleaned every day. We got fresh towels daily, and the tea/coffee/milk was always stocked up. For London, even though we were 4 in a quad room, it still felt spacious, and the decor was lovely. We did not hear any noise from others in the hotel or outside (we were in a ground floor room). We even had a large window to let in the sun. We didn't eat breakfast here as we were out and about, but they do sell alcohol and it was reasonably priced, which we only discovered on our last day, perhaps a price menu on reception and they would get more business. We were able to leave our bags on arrival as we were early and after we checked out. I would definitely stay again.
