Questa è la quarta visita mia e di mia figlia qui e siamo stati di nuovo benissimo. Il personale è così cordiale - Elizabet si è ricordato di noi e abbiamo ricevuto di nuovo un controllo anticipato che ci ha permesso di utilizzare la piscina nel pomeriggio. La posizione è ottima, così vicino alla metropolitana di Holborn e raggiungibile a piedi dai principali musical (15 minuti da Mary Poppins). Il cibo del bar era piuttosto costoso per quello che era. Camera al 5° piano incantevole e non troppo rumorosa - ho portato i tappi per le orecchie come era stato preparato.

The staff at this hotel were without exception, superb. Helpful, accommodating and friendly in all the departments. Location is excellent with a great bus service practically outside the doors or it’s a pleasant 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden, Soho, etc. Only criticisms are regarding the rooms which are a bit too warm overnight with no way of regulating the system, and have very poor lighting.

Enjoyable stay, good location in Holborn. Hotel is a bit trendy, similar to a Virgin or W although not quite the scene. Rooms were pleasant, they have a pillow menu of 6 different types to choose from and multiple expresso options as well as a mini fridge. Bathrooms were a bit too small. Good breakfast buffet.

The total experience was positive. I really recommend mainly if you office close to the hotel.

one room is. very good, but. the. wc, was very short the other room is very narrow and the toillet to need. more. space everything. is. very clean, the place is good the breakast is very good

Hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and polite. Lovely location and modern vibe. Just a few downfalls during our stay, was that the steam room was not working in the spa. And we were quite surprised to have received a £6 ‘Tray charge’ for ordering a portion of fries for room service that were only £7.50.. we essentially paid £13.50 for a portion of fries!! Other than those minor-ish points, a lovely stay and would consider returning.

Location is great and the nearest tube is Holborn station which is just 10 min walk. There's a well equipped gym with a heated pool and sauna. Room comes with good teabags and Nespresso. Bathroom is very small and hardly any space to open the door. From the pic, I have to stand outside the bathroom in order to take a pic. Bathroom width is only about the width of the toilet bowl.

Excellent hotel

Had such a great stay here, upon arrival we received drinks vouchers to use at the hotel bar (which was amazingly decorated). The staff were all extremely nice and couldn’t do enough to help! The room was spotless and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The shower was great, although the bathroom was a little bit tight, and the toiletries smelt amazing. There was lots of little bits that made the hotel stand out, like the free arcades and photo booth. The pool was beautiful and atmosphere was super relaxing. The breakfast was also very nice, there was a large variety of food and drink to choose from, and was constantly being updated. I would definitely stay here and again.

The room and interior design was lovely, but unfortunately the service was a little lacklustre for the price. We had asked for two separate duvets on the bed and it was quite a struggle to get this request completed. It wasn’t done for us when we arrived, and then a member of housekeeping came and dropped one off for us, but it didn’t have duvet cover on it! It was eventually sorted, but you’d hope it would’ve been easier. The spa was nice, but unfortunately when we went in there, there was a group of about 7 people being very noisy which didn’t make it a relaxing experience.
