Servizio eccellente, personale fantastico, buon caffè, ottima posizione. Forse un po' rumoroso di notte se le tue finestre si affacciano sulla strada principale, tuttavia, i tappi per le orecchie sono forniti :)

Il buon hotel per nome e per natura. È un hotel eccentrico, con viste fantastiche. È un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando la sua posizione. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Esperienza straordinaria! La camera era super calda e pulita, perfettamente a portata di mano per una breve vacanza in città. Il mio nuovo posto preferito in cui soggiornare a Londra? (ps i loro cocktail di rovo sono DELISH!)

Hotel eccentrico incantevole. Si sentiva il rumore del treno e dell'aereo ma si fermava tra le 12 e le 7. Accessibile tramite DLR. Vista incantevole. Letto comodo ma senza TV e la camera è piccola, soprattutto con bagno privato.

INCANTEVOLE hotel solo troppo piccolo per me e comunque non ho controllato che non avesse la TV. S ma ne vale la pena per la vista.

The service is so nice, Ahmad give us a room near the river with incredible night view after being asked. And the hotel is clean and has a not bad location.

We have spent a lovely evening and dined near the hotel. The view of the cable cars and surrounding areas is lovely

Definitely small rooms but I would book again as it’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful I like the ethos behind the hotel as every time the hotel is booked some moneys goes towards educating a child in Guatemala Some money goes towards supporting the community in the area

The toilet and bathroom was unclean, piss on the toilet seat and the room was very small. But was comfortable to sleep in

This hotel is in a good location as it is close to Custom House station with access to the Elizabeth Line. We also used the cable car from North Greenwich. There are several late night shops and some food vans right outside. The double room is compact with limited room in the bathroom, as we are both under 5’5 and slim it wasn’t much of an issue but it might be difficult to move about if you are bigger. The staff were all friendly and worked hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff that were very helpful and friendly. Prime location to be as the excel centre is right up the street. We stayed for MCM Comic Con and it was extremely convenient not just with the location but having a Tesco and food stalls directly opposite the hotel. My only issues with this hotel is that they take an extra deposit (£30) each night you stay and the rooms have no TV. The bathrooms also don’t have a secure door that locks it’s a frosted glass door which if you like a bit more privacy then it may be an issue for you. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, staff were brilliant and I would definitely visit again, especially during con season!

Great hotel in a great location , very modern and stylish. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The only bad thing I could say was that the rooms are quite small but we will definitely be returning!
