Il servizio in hotel è cordiale. Abbiamo soggiornato per dieci notti e ci siamo salutati calorosamente ogni volta che ci siamo incontrati. La camera è ampia e pulita, e la moquette e il divano sono pulitissimi. La camera è molto insonorizzata e praticamente non si sente alcun rumore dall'esterno. Gli utensili da cucina e le stoviglie in camera sono completi, il che è comodo per cucinare in autonomia. Anche i trasporti sono comodi, con diverse linee della metropolitana e della metropolitana leggera nelle vicinanze. Ci sono due grandi centri commerciali nelle vicinanze, quindi ristoranti e negozi sono molto comodi. In breve, l'alloggio è molto piacevole e sceglierò sicuramente questo residence in futuro.

La posizione è buona, l'appartamento è spazioso, con una bella vista, ed è più conveniente dell'hotel nello stesso edificio, ma il prezzo nei giorni feriali è anche il doppio rispetto al weekend. Le attrezzature e i servizi sono un po' datati e il servizio è molto buono.

酒店地理位置不錯，三條地鐵交匯，金絲雀碼頭吃喝也有不少選擇，大小超市一應俱全；房間面積也很大，我們訂的雙卧室套房應該是由三間房間改的，所以有些設計不甚合理，但勝在夠大。 除卻以上兩個先天優勢，剩下的就都是槽點了，整體衞生狀況一般，傢俱陳舊，布藝材質和地毯都各種斑駁，房間沒有配備洗衣機，公寓也沒有提供洗衣房，這對長住的客人造成一些不便。且房間並沒有任何主動清掃服務，本以為公寓即使不能做到天天清掃，至少3天能有一次，這家也沒有，是我們去前台要求後才進房間清掃的，我們一共住了6晚，僅打掃了這一次。房間內的拖鞋衹提供了兩雙，入住當晚我們通過電話要求送拖鞋，沒有人送來；第三天去前台溝通清掃房間時又提及了，還是沒有補充；當晚繼續電話，這次終於送來了，但服務人員竟然是自己開門進來的。 總之，下次再來倫敦，即使可以選擇金絲雀碼頭區域，也絕不會再選這家酒店了。

這次選中這家五星級酒店公寓住了十一個夜晚，在最低價時訂的房價連稅可以大約£230，五十幾平方米的大廳大房特大雙人床，通過trip申請加張兒童小床放在客廳還十分寬敞，乾淨明亮，碗碟餐具可煮下三人晚餐，酒店設施應有盡有，很多名畫中品味這是一家保持傳統內涵的酒店。每日見到一批批質素檢查人員在酒店大堂各處檢，例如摸摸門檢查尘埃等等，男經理像天使般的笑容化解我一些誤會和語言溝通的火氣缺陷，還有一位會說香港廣東話的輕人提供十分熱情幫助。每天早上到餐廳吃早餐，食材新鮮可口，check in 時 前台職員主動幫我們加為富豪酒店集團會員，每天享用早餐可以有意想不到的優惠價。附近商場林立購物可是十分方便，大超市小超市十分鐘之內走到的有三家，我們這家子這食呀打幾多打？我們一年中來倫敦四次，一共住了3家不同五星級酒店和1家4星級酒店，這家是最有性價比而且是品質最好的酒店，象住在自己的家中一様舒適和方便，我給五分滿分💯。

非常好！就是沒有清理房間，可能是因為我僅住兩天。但整體設施很棒，家庭套房，原本是兩個大床房，後來經過攜程溝通，其中一個換成雙床了，非常貼心。

I was here as part of a large coach party My room (724) was very clean and well presented staff were friendly polite and welcoming the hotel is situated near to the city of london without being too close the hotel is close to the DLR tracks which could be a bit noisy during rush hour so make sure you are not on the track facing rooms I.E east side of the hotel my rom (724) was level and facing the tracks which had a level of noise as the points were outside my room also train passenger could look directly into my room if the net curtain were moved out of the way, Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for different tastes the only thing was there was no carpark which for a large hotel a bit of a design flaw but it was docklands

Excellent stay, Xavier was very helpful The hotel was very clean and the breakfast in particular was excellent. Room was spacious and clean, polite staff and close to amenities. Beautiful view of the wharf from our hotel room. All in all a very pleasant experience

This is a nice hotel. The location is good if you’re planning to spend lots of time in Canary Wharf. My friend and I came to tour central London, so the location was a bit annoying as it was about 30 minutes on the tube. The hotel itself is nice, definitely a business vibe. My favorite part was definitely the lounge and breakfast - really convenient and good options!

The apartment is an absolute delight to stay at, with the scenic views and lounge sofas, as well as the space and dining area, everything was great! They left us a sweet surprise, which meant a lot, unfortunate it was prosecco as we don’t drink alcohol! Either way, they were at my door whenever we requested something via the app as well as speedy IRD service, the food will be another reason I will be back. Thank you to the team for making our stay a pleasant experience.

Great hotel, in a nice central location in Canary Wharf. Nice room size (exec suite) and big bed! Sometimes hotel rooms are tiny but this was plenty of space for the two of us. Standard check out time is midday which is later than most hotels and a huge plus! Lovely service at the Gin and Tea bar within the hotel too. Would stay again.

We booked a family room in the hotel but got moved to these apartments, which was a fabulous surprise and very happily received. Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped and it was silent, we couldn't hear a thing outside and slept really well. Staff were all lovely and helpful, when they asked why we were visiting and I explained it was my daughters birthday and we were going to see Abba they delivered some cupcakes to the room which was a kind gesture. Breakfast was fantastic it was a brilliant experience. Perfect location for Abba as you can jump on the DLR which is about a 30 second walk away, go direct to Pudding Mill Lane in around 8 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this place

Absolutely dreadful. The Executive apartments are in desperate need of renovation and refurbishment. For those of us who live in clean, remodeled, homes, it is a disappointment. There was mold all over the bathroom, the crevices of the apartment were caked with dirt, the refrigerator stunk and was haphazardly schlepped into the corner area, it was just so awful. To have spent so much money and stay somewhere for 8 days being absolutely grossed out, was just a terrible experience. Also like to add that on night 1, when I explained the conditions to the Manager Mel; he replied “well it is what it is”. Another manager Hassan helped us towards the end of the stay but at that point we were already leaving. This hotel looks lovely on the outside and has a great Location but you couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
